What if a career detour isn’t a derailment, but part of how God is shaping you? Ann Thompson reflects on corporate success, unexpected setbacks, burnout, and starting over - and how those experiences taught her about calling, trust, and formation. In this conversation, Ann explores why people can feel misaligned even when they look successful on paper, how to discern whether it’s time for a new role or a new mindset, and how wise counsel and rest can help when the next step feels unclear. Her stories offer encouragement for anyone facing a career change, job loss, or a season of uncertainty.
