PINE RIDGE - During the April regular session, the OST Council voted unanimously 20-0 to affirm that the building located next to Prairie Wind Casino belonged to the OST Vets organization. Originally a proposal written by past council representative Tom Conroy and OST Attorney Russel Zephier was funded for 6,000 to build a building for the Vets outside Prairie Wind Casino.
