So when I got off"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":195.21,"endTime":201.54,"body":"the phone, I recognized that"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":195.21,"endTime":201.54,"body":"some of the fear that I had"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":201.54,"endTime":206.88,"body":"about cancer had surfaced"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":201.54,"endTime":206.88,"body":"because I had a twin sister"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":206.88,"endTime":213.3,"body":"named Irene who translated, or"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":206.88,"endTime":213.3,"body":"died, from breast cancer. And so"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":213.3,"endTime":216.81,"body":"the fear, the annual mammograms"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":213.3,"endTime":216.81,"body":"that I have every year brought"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":216.81,"endTime":222.63,"body":"up this fear, and the dream that"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":216.81,"endTime":222.63,"body":"Regina had shared with me just"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":222.63,"endTime":229.74,"body":"really dug in this time. So I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":222.63,"endTime":229.74,"body":"recognize that, yes, because we"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":229.74,"endTime":235.56,"body":"were twins, that I had the same"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":229.74,"endTime":235.56,"body":"genetic makeup that she had. And"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":235.56,"endTime":238.74,"body":"that was more stress-inducing"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":235.56,"endTime":238.74,"body":"for me. So"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":238.74,"endTime":249.69,"body":"I sat down and I decided that I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":238.74,"endTime":249.69,"body":"would work on it this time. I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":249.69,"endTime":254.1,"body":"would work on this fear. But the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":249.69,"endTime":254.1,"body":"thing about it was the mammogram"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":254.76,"endTime":258.81,"body":"was scheduled, my annual"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":254.76,"endTime":258.81,"body":"mammogram was scheduled a week"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":259.47,"endTime":264.06,"body":"after I had received this call"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":259.47,"endTime":264.06,"body":"from Regina. I had the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":264.06,"endTime":269.79,"body":"mammogram, and I got a notice in"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":264.06,"endTime":269.79,"body":"the mail that there was"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":269.82,"endTime":279.39,"body":"something of a suspicious nature"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":269.82,"endTime":279.39,"body":"in the results. So yeah. And"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":279.42,"endTime":283.56,"body":"they had recommended that I have"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":279.42,"endTime":283.56,"body":"a sonogram, but the sonogram"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":284.1,"endTime":287.4,"body":"would not be scheduled until the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":284.1,"endTime":287.4,"body":"following Monday."},{"speaker":"Doug K","startTime":288.57,"endTime":291.24,"body":"That's a tense time when"},{"speaker":"Doug K","startTime":288.57,"endTime":291.24,"body":"you're waiting like that. Yeah."},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":291.24,"endTime":296.1,"body":"And so I had the weekend"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":291.24,"endTime":296.1,"body":"to sit with finding out the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":296.1,"endTime":300.78,"body":"results of this. So I went into"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":296.1,"endTime":300.78,"body":"contemplation"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":300.78,"endTime":306.09,"body":"and I did a Spiritual Exercise"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":300.78,"endTime":306.09,"body":"with the Inner Master or the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":306.09,"endTime":311.4,"body":"Mahanta. Now, the Mahanta is the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":306.09,"endTime":311.4,"body":"inner side of Sri Harold Klemp,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":311.4,"endTime":315.69,"body":"who is The Living ECK Master,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":311.4,"endTime":315.69,"body":"and he works with us inwardly as"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":315.69,"endTime":322.68,"body":"well as outwardly, and he's like"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":315.69,"endTime":322.68,"body":"a coach for me. And he also works"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":331.17,"endTime":335.58,"body":"as The Dream Master and works"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":331.17,"endTime":335.58,"body":"with me in my dreams. So that's"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":335.61,"endTime":340.65,"body":"a unique part of the teachings"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":335.61,"endTime":340.65,"body":"that I love so much. Love and trust."},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":345.93,"endTime":353.01,"body":"I had to surrender and allow the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":353.01,"endTime":357.27,"body":"Inner Master or the Mahanta to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":353.01,"endTime":357.27,"body":"help me to move forward in this"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":357.27,"endTime":360.24,"body":"experience. Well,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":360.78,"endTime":367.32,"body":"Regina's dream was a wake up"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":360.78,"endTime":367.32,"body":"call for me. So over the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":367.32,"endTime":373.41,"body":"weekend, I continued to work"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":367.32,"endTime":373.41,"body":"with the dreams and in"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":373.41,"endTime":377.61,"body":"contemplation, working on"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":373.41,"endTime":377.61,"body":"gaining the courage to get over"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":377.61,"endTime":384.63,"body":"my fears. And then one morning,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":377.61,"endTime":384.63,"body":"I had this dream with a trusted"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":384.69,"endTime":389.1,"body":"longtime initiate in Eckankar,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":384.69,"endTime":389.1,"body":"and we were walking along and"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":389.1,"endTime":392.37,"body":"she looked at me and she invited"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":389.1,"endTime":392.37,"body":"me to breakfast, says \"You want"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":392.37,"endTime":397.62,"body":"to have breakfast?\" And I said,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":392.37,"endTime":397.62,"body":"\"Yes.\" And she said, \"Do you"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":397.62,"endTime":402.09,"body":"like eggs?\" And then she went"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":397.62,"endTime":402.09,"body":"into this thing about eggs. She"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":402.09,"endTime":405.48,"body":"says, \"You can have them"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":402.09,"endTime":405.48,"body":"scrambled. You can have them"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":406.2,"endTime":410.43,"body":"poached. You can have them"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":406.2,"endTime":410.43,"body":"omelets. You can have them"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":410.43,"endTime":414.57,"body":"fried.\" And she went on like"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":410.43,"endTime":414.57,"body":"this, every way you could have"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":414.57,"endTime":415.71,"body":"eggs imaginable."},{"speaker":"Doug K","startTime":415.74,"endTime":416.67,"body":"I'm getting hungry."},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":416.67,"endTime":421.38,"body":"And, yeah really, but"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":416.67,"endTime":421.38,"body":"for me, the eggs was a"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":421.41,"endTime":425.73,"body":"significant symbol for me,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":421.41,"endTime":425.73,"body":"because, for me, eggs symbolized"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":425.85,"endTime":431.13,"body":"giving birth to something new. I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":425.85,"endTime":431.13,"body":"could choose to have those eggs"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":431.13,"endTime":435.84,"body":"any way I wanted, she said. And"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":431.13,"endTime":435.84,"body":"I said, \"Wow.\" For me, that"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":435.84,"endTime":439.29,"body":"symbolizes that I can make"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":435.84,"endTime":439.29,"body":"different choices that I had,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":439.68,"endTime":442.05,"body":"giving birth to a new reality."},{"speaker":"Doug K","startTime":443.16,"endTime":443.67,"body":"Awesome."},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":443.7,"endTime":451.23,"body":"Yeah, absolutely. So"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":443.7,"endTime":451.23,"body":"could I choose fear? Anxiety?"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":452.4,"endTime":458.67,"body":"Trust. Love and trust. That was"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":452.4,"endTime":458.67,"body":"what I got from my"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":459.33,"endTime":464.07,"body":"contemplation. So I released it,"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":459.33,"endTime":464.07,"body":"I surrendered it, and I let it"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":464.07,"endTime":470.85,"body":"go. And I could have my eggs any"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":464.07,"endTime":470.85,"body":"way I wanted. Well, the sonogram"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":470.85,"endTime":477.57,"body":"showed that this suspicious"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":470.85,"endTime":477.57,"body":"finding was benign. And I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":477.57,"endTime":479.52,"body":"recognized that I'd had a"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":477.57,"endTime":479.52,"body":"healing."},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":479.52,"endTime":484.11,"body":"It wasn't one of a physical"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":479.52,"endTime":484.11,"body":"nature. It was one of a"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":484.11,"endTime":487.8,"body":"spiritual nature. The dream with"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":484.11,"endTime":487.8,"body":"the ECKist signaled that I"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":487.8,"endTime":492.39,"body":"didn't have to hold on to that"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":487.8,"endTime":492.39,"body":"fear of cancer. I didn't have to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":492.39,"endTime":497.4,"body":"have the same destiny as my twin"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":492.39,"endTime":497.4,"body":"sister, Irene. And so I was able"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":497.4,"endTime":501.96,"body":"to move forward with that. The"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":497.4,"endTime":501.96,"body":"Inner Master - what's unique to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":501.96,"endTime":506.28,"body":"these teachings is he's able to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":501.96,"endTime":506.28,"body":"help us with the karma, to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":506.31,"endTime":509.52,"body":"relieve the karma in the dream"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":506.31,"endTime":509.52,"body":"state, so we don't have to"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":509.58,"endTime":513.81,"body":"necessarily go through the"},{"speaker":"Arlene","startTime":509.58,"endTime":513.81,"body":"physical pain.
