Better . Listen very carefully. A good martial artist does not become tense, but ready. Essentially at this point, the fight is over. So you pretty much flow with the goal . Who is worthy to be trusted with the secret to limit this power? I'm ready.

BJJ, hygiene crimes, grossness ness, poor behavior. We put it out to the audience and they're letting us know what it is. Joe, tell us. So I put it out on the Instagram. Uh , we got one of those broadcast channels, the random o as you do, and uh, I put it out to the people. I already had some of my own that I wanted to talk about and I thought, what do the people got to say about this? And they added in some really good ones. Okay. Some of these are more geographically specific as well, but let's go through 'em. There's 10. Now, this is strictly hygiene, so this is not, you know, your attitude. This is not , um, how you train. This is just showers and keeping yourself tidy, bacteria, all that. Yes sir. First is dirty long fingernails. Oh god. So there's two parts to that, right? Long fingernails is a problem. Yeah . 'cause you will cut people with it. Slasher, but also dirty bacteria. You don't wanna roll with someone that's actually got gunk under their fingernails. That's no way. No . Yeah . And look, I think unless you've been a victim of it, unless you've been cut by someone's fingernails. Unless you've been fingered in the mouth by someone accidentally like it happens. Right. I was like, I was attacking the back sometime . And I know I put a finger in someone's mouth. Sorry bro . Joe Joe's like <laugh> the real choke <laugh>. But it happens like they end up everywhere. Yeah. I look everywhere I've , I've been cut. And actually what's worse , getting cut by a toenail trying to pass guard and you kind of cop a bit of an uptick and you're like, it's a razor blade . You get a little sting and you go, I'm bleeding. Yeah. It's like Bruce Lee. You're like, Go mental. Pass that guard. And look, I think the thing that people are probably underestimating, it's not just like, oh, you get a little cut, it's, you get a skin infection, or you got a fungal growth, like, or you got a wound, you gotta try and keep covered now for the next three weeks. 'cause it won't close running on and off the mat 'cause you're bleeding, which is just, it's not just like a hygiene issue for everyone else, it's just inconvenient. Like, it's just, you can't train properly. So you are not being a good training partner by doing that to people. And if it's not something you've considered, we have touched on this before. Always be packing nail clippers. Yep . Just have them in your training bag. And I, yeah. The big takeaway on this one is you have permission to go and buy some nail clippers. Maybe a little file, I don't know a thing to scrape on . Like , everyone's got different shaped nails, right? Sure . Some people get, some people got more space under them, blah, blah, blah . But having a process around looking after your fingernails every week Yep . Is something you need to do. Yes , sir . Second one is stinky training gear. Oh . So smelly rashes. Gross Gees . Think of the guy that you , you get a grip on it and you're like, it's a little bit slimy. Slimy. Sometimes a bit of a yellowing to a white gee . Oh , gross. Yeah . Yeah. Usually with a rolling partner somewhere in their late teens, early twenties. <laugh>. Well, let's not hate on the young people. I know some gross older folks who are just like, yeah, but I just, it was just morning class. I didn't sweat much. Like, dude, that's just , that's a call. Yeah. I just hung it out in the sun. You're like, and why is it still wet? <laugh> ? It's been raining all week, <laugh>. Like it's a joke. And here's the thing. I have made that mistake, and it wasn't even that for the hygiene of my partners doing the double ghee wear is what's gonna give you staph, like the amount of bacteria that's just growing in that ghee . And you're getting fabric, specifically ghee probably more than rashes, but rashes can hold distinct dude rashes built up over time, don't they ? They do. And, and , and it's, the thing is this, it's abrasions. You're getting micro, micro dermal abrasions. You're literally getting grazes and it's forcing bacteria into your skin. And this is gross. And so for those of you out there who are like, oh , I just, I've only got two gis , I've only got one gi . Like, get another gee . Like, it's just super simple because not only is it negative for your training partners and their experience, but it's also potentially hazardous for you. And for any of you out there who've had a staph infection, it's terrible. And you don't wanna experience that. You don't want anyone else to experience that. But , um, Joe , I might get you to talk about your Rashi. When Meese did the soaking of the, Ooh , can you speak to that? Yeah. So I always just figured Rashi's clean. Well, right, yeah. Because you're like, they're thin, they're like, whatever the they polyester and. Yeah , yeah. Like, I just wash it and it's good. And meese like, nah , that rashy stinks. Like even after we wash it, I can smell that there's still an odor to , it's not quite there. And the big tell for me was I'd put it on and I'd get to the class and start a warmup. Once you're warm and couple minutes into the warmup, you're like, the rashes stinks. Stinks. Yeah. And it's almo . And basically there's like heat activated. Yeah. It's heat, right. There's bacteria that's living in there and it's been activated now. So I'm not even sweating yet, but the smell's there. So she soaked it. She's like, we'll soak this. I think she is nappy sand . Nappy sand , yeah . Aussie class . Some, you know, some kind of like clothed soak thing. And , um, no. It , the water was like dark, dark brown. Ooh . Like, and I'm talking, it was a clean rash guard and we soaked it for like 12 hours and it was dark brown. It's the soak and then you give it a wash again. And then it's like, holy, that smells gone. Holy. It doesn't smell. And like, it doesn't smell at all. Right. Like, yeah. It really opened my eyes to that. So, no gear , gear . It's probably got a bit of a lifespan that will, obviously that's not, you don't wanna soak, like it's not great for the material, but you're probably gonna have to do that after you've been wearing something for like a year or two. Semi-regularly. Yeah . So it'd be mindful, but, but also, you know, if it's within your means, don't be like, it's, it's okay to like upgrade your rashes every , if you're like, this rashes is a bit old, probably just get a new one. Definitely. And yeah, just for , for any of you out there, if you're a gee person, you're now a laundry person. <laugh>. Yeah . Yeah. Embrace it for sure. Third , just being a smelly, dirty. <laugh> . So that's the soundbite . <laugh> , you , you know, you're man. I get it. Blue collar. You're working hard. You know, you're laying bricks all day doing the thing. You got the steel cap boots and. You got the Trae underwear and you just, you know, the veers and whatever, and you're working hard, man. It's, it's respectable. But here's the that's not cool is that you get off the work site and you drive to Jiujitsu and then you just change into your gi and jump on the mats. Yeah. You've been sweating all day. You , you stink all over. You've actually got like physical dirt, dirt and debris on your body. You are not, it's not , uh, the right thing for you to be jumping into a full contact spot . No. You gotta have a shower. Yeah. Do it. Definitely do it. And I, I do remember having someone sit on top of my head to kimura me in the north-south and getting a real whiff of that crack. Ooh . Like just turning my head to the side and be like , oh , badass. Yeah. Almost tapping to the stench more than anything. And it's like, this person has not washed their all day and they're sitting on my face. Yeah. Like, come on, man. Like, it's just, it's just bad practice. Well that brings me to 0.4, which is, is is kind of more specifically, your stinks and you stink like. Well, let's <laugh> . Okay. Amazing. <laugh> . I , I love this. Hang on, let's rewind. So I'm put it out there right now. Life hack for those of you out there, because , uh, sometimes it's tough, sometimes you haven't got time and maybe your gym doesn't have a shower. What are you gonna do? Baby wipes my friends hygiene wipes. Bowl of water and a towel. Like, that's all I'm saying. I'll do it for you . It'll do it for you. Right . You just gotta clean your nether regions, like nether regions, armpits. And then like, there's nothing wrong with , um, just getting a bit of water, rubbing it over the forearms, getting the towel and just getting that layer of dirt off. Right ? Yeah. Like, like you wash your hands, but you just extend , go further. Yeah. A bit of armpits. Take it , take it there. Yeah. Do the legs. Do I believe that's how British people shower generally in general. No <laugh>. No. Shout out to the uk. You're right in it. You know what I mean? No, no, no. Shout out to our UK listeners. We love you. I am half English wide as it gets scummy as I might be . Here's the deal guys. We gotta find a way to make it work. Not only, and here's the thing, it's, this isn't a shame piece. Like, oh, you are dirty, blah, blah, blah. Shame on you. It's more like, you may not realize that you are the smelly guy. Yeah. And is a shame the piece <laugh> . No, no, no , no , no, no. I'm , I'll be honest right now because , but you need to , you're being told this is, this is the announcement now, you know, this is the intervention. Yeah . We're your friends. We're telling you, Hey bro , it is true. Like no one you need , no one tells you. So in in your defense, if you are like, oh, maybe, maybe I should clear my before training. Yeah. No one's probably told you. Like, it's kind of silly that no one does, but you know, because you also, the human, the human body has this natural thing where it adjusts your tolerance to stink. Right. It's so that your sensors are not overwhelmed and your own stink never stinks anyway. Yeah. Well it's so you're kind of used to it. I sniff my butt. You're like, <laugh> . Joe's quite mobile as you may realize. <laugh> , um, <laugh> . But that's the thing, like I think ultimately you've gotta find a way to do it. Um, antibacterial , um, wipes , uh, or uh , just baby wipes in general. Maybe not. I hear antibacterial can be problematic because it's removing some of the good back too, bro . Which is it not something just bro , we're talking about not being a dirty. Like just Yeah. But you could get a wipe that's like, like say for my son, we use water-based ones. Yeah, you can. But then also then I'm gonna say that if you're somebody who has layers of dirt and grease on you, it's not gonna do enough. You need something more abrasive. What mean ? You need something a little bit more. And so anyway, wipes help bottle of water in a towel. If you can't get those shower, that should help. Yeah. And so specifically with the and with the urine smells, bathroom smells. Here's the thing. I know a lot of dudes, I I I own a gym, right? I've cleaned the toilet here many times. I've used to clean the toilet after a night of coaching. And I know there's a lot of dudes that don't actually know how to into a toilet. <laugh>. And what do you , what do you think goes, goes on the floor also goes on their foot, of course on their leg. Everywhere. dribbles. You know, like it's, it's , it's , it's so . It's terrible. It's terrible. And I , I , you know, so you need to have a process to clean that. You criminal. Right. But also the smelly thing . So let's say you are nice and clean. You're like, no , I'm not working on the tools. I'm like , fresh prep . Yeah. Freshman . And then you go and take a and then like two hours later you wanna go to training. Man, if you , if you are kimmo and JT that night, if you're face mounting him <laugh> , you , you think like, is it super clean or maybe is there a chance that he's gonna be sniffing your <laugh>. And so not what's what's that? No , I'm not just trying to run away. I smell, but <laugh> booty dick and <laugh> . But so you gotta have a processor. Oh man, I took a dump. Okay. Wipes or I get in the shower, fresh undies, whatever. Yeah. Like maybe all of the above. Yeah. Like really? You , you like make yourself clean. You gotta be more conscious of these things. Yeah . Being barefoot in the bathroom, off. It's just, it's just so much on the floor bacteria. It's just , you've just gotta think about it though too. Right. And this is, this is a slight beef of mine , um, with some of our, our friends who do not roll around on the ground. Say you do jiujitsu after a Muay Hai class. Oh man . You'll regularly see dudes who do Muay Thai or even maybe they do boxing, walking on and off the mat, barefoot, wherever. 'cause they don't have to put their face on the mat. Yeah. So they don't really think about it. Right. Yeah . They just kick in and throwing. And maybe they don't have that policy. Like, they may not be wearing shoes on the mat, but they might as well be right. 'cause they're just walking into the change room and back out. Actually, let me tell you a terrible story. And not a TaeKwonDo coach of mine, but a guy I knew, I , I saw him one time in the change room putting his feet in the urinal before he would go out to fight. So he would kick dudes in the face and put on their face. Nah , legit. Nah , foul. That is so gross. It's so up. Right. But think this, that's what you are doing. Inadvertently, you're like, oh no , it'll be fine. 'cause you didn't bring sauces . Like , I'm just working. Go-go platters tonight. <laugh>. I'm just working that foot stomp in the throat work. And that's the thing, like, it's probably more ignorance than it is. It's not maliciousness. Right. Nolan's being like, ha ha no , you're just a dirty. You don't dunno . Well, yeah . Yeah. But it's, yeah . It's just, it's, and what we're trying to do is just bring to your awareness. It's actually not too hard to just bring some slides or some flip flops that are just for jujitsu . So when you change outta your shoes, if you need to run to the bathroom, just slide them on. Yeah. That's what you gotta do. And I know some gyms where they even, you can wear them in the shower with you. Give them a clean every now and again. Like Yeah . And that protects you as well. I know my , one of the gyms I used to train at, they used to have like communal flip, like communal slides off the mats and people wear 'em to the toilet. But here's the thing, people wear 'em in all over the . Ah , true . Yeah . You're like , hang on , this isn't working yet . It doesn't work yet . These things haven't been washed ever. Oh really? I don't think so. Okay. You know , I mean maybe they had been . Yeah . Yeah. But definitely that's an element that you have to just factor in that as much as you bring your gi bring your belt, bring your nogi stuff, bring your mouthpiece, you should have some dedicated BJJ um, footwear open cuts. So having open cuts wounds, who's got , who's got open cuts at , who's not ? Well, I mean, a lot of. Right. Really? Well. 'cause here's the thing, like, you know , I think I would've done this plenty of times back in my earlier days, but you know, you get a little cut, you're like, oh , it's not bleeding or anything, it's, it's, you know, whatever. It's under my Rashi or I don't know or something. Right. You know, you're like, it won't be a problem. It's gonna become a problem. Like it's gonna get exposed. You're gonna be rubbing it on someone. Yeah. Bleeding. Yeah. And even just for like, even if like you're not carrying any bloodborne diseases that day and <laugh> , you know, you know , you can only catch AIDS once , it's like an AIDS free day. Yeah. <laugh> and, and you , um, but your partner sees that your training partner's like , uh, jts got gash on his arm. Like that's not cool. That's not respectful. So it should be covered appropriately and just dealt with. And if you can't deal with it, you shouldn't be at training. You should get off the mat. Yeah . And look, you know, you see dudes getting the full like mummification , like they get a cut on their head and they full go mummy style with the tape. That's pretty brutal to take off, but respect for you to stop bleeding and, and you want to keep training. I think most of us know once you had that bit of experience, it's difficult when you're early on jujitsu journey, you're like, oh , just put a bandaid. Yeah dude, that's not staying on. No . Like you're sweating. It's coming off. And, and it's important for you to realize if you do have like a significant graze or cut, you're gonna have to dress that wound appropriately and then tape it and make sure it's kind of sealed tight before you even put the gear on or before you even step on the mat. Yeah. Because ideally once you're , before you get to training, eh , before you go training, like doing it training. Yeah, sure. But it's kind of not quite convenient location for it. And not all gyms have like good first aid kits for you to do it. You need your own kit. Once you start sweating. Even good strapping tape doesn't wanna stay on. No . And then you're bleeding on the mats. The instructor has to clean that up and, and yeah, that's a hazard for your training partners. But it's also like, yeah, it's like if you had a , just think if you had a blood nose, you wouldn't go, nah , just keep rolling bro and just bleed all over their white key . Like that's, that's, that's not cool. So for yourself, and this is the thing that goes both ways. It's as much for your training partners as it is for you. You should not be having open wounds at training. And that sounds common sense, but that means you've gotta take care of it to make sure it's protected , um, before you get there. Yeah . I had , um, back in the day I had a couple of watts burn off my hand. Oh yeah. And I was like, peak blue belt froth. So I'm like, I'm not missing training for no <laugh> . And so I , um, <laugh> and I remember like they'd blistered up and stuff and like, I think maybe my , maybe had opened a little bit. So I put on like a couple of rubber gloves, <laugh> , and then taped the out of it and roll with <laugh>. Amazing. Did I think I even put bandaids and then rubber gloves. Like it was like, this no one's getting . Everyone's like , dang, that's , that's important . That's performance enhancing, bro. He's got extra grip <laugh> . That's not fair. Joey's wearing, why is he wearing a boxing gloves ? The mouth fingering was on another level that day. <laugh> <laugh> . Um, bad breath. Okay, well look, that's, that's tough. You know, I think that's hard. I mean obviously mince and chewing gum, but here's the thing, you can choke on gum. It's not like you're Michael Jordan playing basketball. You just chew gum . No , no , not during training, but before, like if you've been, if you've been, well, you never smashed a co like had a protein shake, smashed a coffee and jumped on the mat and had coffee breath. Like I've had coffee breath. I don't, I don't smash a protein shake rub before training. No, but I'm saying that there's many people out there who've been working all day, they're doing whatever. Yeah. Yeah. But, but, but if you are putting your nasty stink breath on me, that's still a , that's a microaggression in Joey's book. Oh , whatever. I I'm not doubt for that. Well , in , in J t's book, sorry Mr. Joey in the third person. This guy. Yeah . So here's what I would say. It's like, yeah, like coffee breath, no worries. Like that's fine. But if you actually kind of have bad breath as a consistent thing that is problematic, that's a bit gross. And so what I'd be saying is either making sure you got breath mint so that you can freshen that up before training, making sure you're hydrated. Generally I think that people that often don't drink enough water, just have bad breath or like brush your teeth like, like through the day if you need to . Yeah. I , for me, I , I think for some people it's probably closer to dental hygiene because like could be that, you know , like if , if if people are, you know, maybe they don't go to the dentist regularly and maybe it's not something they're aware of that is a pretty full on smell. Like we, we had a client back in the day who had um , English fella , but an older gentleman, you know, previous generation, probably my dad's generation in his late seventies had that Austin Powers teeth. Oh yeah. He never , probably never been to the dentist. Very wealthy guy. Very wealthy. So I think 'cause he was powerful, no one had ever said anything to him. 'cause he probably just fired them. But decay, the smell of decay just oozed out the face, you know, and no one could really, no one could really tell him. And it's, it's a pretty intense thing. And I , I say this from a probably a , a position of position of care, like just myself being a trainer, I've never wanted to have bad breath for a client. So I always have gum, have gum in the car or have breath MITs with me or whatever it might be. And also 'cause I drink a lot of coffee, I'm conscious that I'll have coffee breaths. So try and counteract that. But ultimately it's a pretty personal thing. It's, it's like if someone has bad bo it's hard to bring up other than Oh it's your birthday can of deodorant, <laugh> . Yeah. But I mean, we're bringing it up now so that you don't, hopefully if you listen, you don't have to tell your friend . Right . But if you have bad breath, it's hard for you to know. Similar to the self stink thing. Right ? Yeah. But you, you probably also dunno that your stinks when you're face mounting JT and attacking that Kimora. So it's like, oh, maybe I'll check like <laugh>. No . Oh , oh it does. And then no , and then, you know, maybe you say check . Hey, does my, no , does my breast stink? Oh , thank you for the feedback. No, I look no excuses man . No. Whatever. I , I don't. If you are , if you are close quarters with another person, like washing your armpits, washing your, sure. Having, I'm not saying your breath has to be like some people, but just noting some people have more sensitive noses. Like my partner Ola , sensitive palate, sensitive nose, she can just smell if anything is off. So I have to be very particular around her . I can have no stink around my partner. Right. And that's good for me. It kind of keeps me in check. But if you're someone out there like, eh , they smell funny. It's jiujitsu. Some people smell funny. Right. So it's not a microaggression if someone doesn't know. Right. If they do know and they continue, then maybe they're just psychological war warfare. Yeah. But I'm just saying it's a crime. I don't give a. If you know it , it's a crime. If your breast stinks, you need to tidy that up. Alright , I stepped back from that one. So now here's, here's the geographical one. We don't get this much here, but this actually came through quite a lot from a lot of people mentioning this. Oh , you stink like weeded. Oh right , right . Yeah . Like, bro, you think that the devil's lettuce smells good on you? It stinks. It's intense. And here's, I mean, I've got no problem with the smell of weeded smoke or like Yeah, like smoking , whatever. Yeah . <laugh> the sticky , icky. Oh yeah. But the, but I do know, and I have rolled with people that like the smell of sweat coming outta the , and the humidity of jiujitsu and you smelling like you've just been in a Dutch oven. Yeah . It's actually gross. It's pretty full on . So I'm like, okay, I can feel that that gets , that's a top 10 crime. Yeah. And I think most people who've maybe smoked , smoked in their teenage years, you know, the classic like trying not to like, so your parents don't know just yet . Well just like ton of deodorant, clone , just fare . You're just getting clothing, clothing, air freshener, <laugh> on your clothes so the parents don't smell it . And the parents are like, wow, you smell like a heavy cocktail of uh, <laugh> of smells. You must have been hiding something. <laugh>. <laugh> probably weed. I I personally feel like if you're someone who smokes and you know, that's cool. It's your choice. I , I can respect that possibly. You know, like if you're timing it. Some people, and we've discussed this before as Joe you have , you are more on the pro weeded side of things than I am of maybe coming and rolling a little bit relaxed, a little bit blazed. Yeah. You have said that, you know, you maybe you don't mind that. I don't mind if someone wants to do that, but you don't be a smelly about it. <laugh>. But you kind of can't , if don't someone smokes weeded through the day and then they come to training, maybe don't suck bongs in your giee <laugh> , you know? No, definitely not. Maybe don't like blow it into your GI jacket in because you're in the bathroom and you gotta jump back on the mats, bro . I gotta hence my hide against my height . Enhance my bubble gut . Like maybe it's some breath mints , maybe, you know, whatever. Maybe it's just like taking care of that smell. Right? Yeah. I, I , I , it's like I don't , I'm not gonna come into the, I'm not gonna come in after like deep fried sausages at home for the last two hours. 'cause I'm gonna smell like deep fried oil. People are like , oh Joe , you smell delicious. Yeah. Like , oh , I'm covered in the. Okay . I start licking the back of Joe's neck from me . <laugh> . Mm . Barbecue. Mm . Delicious. Yeah. Fair enough. Like it definitely, I I think if we just consider that we are gonna be up close and personal with people that you want to just come through at least neutral basically. Yeah. Something like that. Onto the last two. This one touched on it earlier, but jumping into class right after kickboxing or MMA or some other class? No , if you're at a multi-disciplined gym, it's very common. They've got classes on the schedule. People are , oh , I'm gonna wrap up that. Jump on , jump into jiujitsu. It's not cool for you to jump on because you are breaking the rules of the, you're gonna smell and be dirty. You're gonna be sweaty , uh, you're gonna have a whatever you're wearing. Like if you're wearing that same that stinks all the bacteria. Yeah. Yeah. Like all that stuff. You mentioned the feet, like you really need a process to go and clean up and then like reset, come to jujitsu. Yeah. And look really good thing. I actually saw recently and I was like, oh actually that's pretty, I I I actually, it's, it's a practice I've started to adopt actually. Um, James Smith had done a class and then once he'd done the class before open mat , he went and got changed and he put on like new , new rashing , new shorts. Yeah . To just get, get that, get the grossness off him. Yeah . So he could keep training for another hour but be, be cleaner. And I was like, oh that's actually, that makes a lot sense . Yeah . That should be a standard shouldn't it? Yeah. It should be broken. That rule many times. Yeah. We all have. Yeah . And that's the thing you got , you gotta know that when you're early in the jujitsu journey, people won't tell you this. You know, you , you know, they just avoid you 'cause like , oh you are gross guy or whatever. But the truth is, these things occur. We've all made mistakes, but it's as to whether or not you keep making these mistakes. That's right. Now that, you know, it's like when I met that Muslim guy at Anytime Fitness, I commented on this guy's beard. He had a beautiful beard, immaculate. And then he , uh, I , I asked him and I said, are you of the Islamic faith? He said, yes, I am brother. And he said, are you like something? And I was like, no, I don't really know too much about it. And he said, let me give you this DVD and he gave me a DVD. It's all just from the comment about the beard. Yeah. Yeah. And then I said , um, I said, what is it? He said, oh, it's, it's a , one of our people like , uh, a sermon, like talking about it. Yeah. And I said , um, oh dude, I'll check it out. But you know, just so you know, like I'm not really a man of faith. I'm interested to know. Yeah . And he said, well , probably better you don't watch it because when the judgment day comes, if you, if you, if you were told but you didn't follow, oh you're in trouble , you're gonna be in trouble. Trouble. And I was like, okay. Wow. Fair enough . Well actually it was kind of, I never watched it. Oh well you're safe. Yeah. Sinner, we good <laugh> . But I think that's the thing. Yeah . Once, if you know better, you gotta do better. Gotta do better. Here's the last one. Rocking up. Sick off . Spoken about it. If you're sick or even if you've been sick, you're feeling pretty good, but you still got that, you still got that nasty cough and phlegming , don't be there. Because even just the fact that you're bringing that, that grossness and someone else is like, are they sick? Like it just, no , you shouldn't be there. Yeah. Come back when you like when you are and you appear healthy. Yeah. And look, we've, we've advocated for people with injury to maintain their habit by going to the gym. That's different. You do fine because like ACL ruptures are not contagious as far as we know. Provided you're not doing anything crazy. But , uh, yeah, definitely if in doubt, stay home. It's not like work, like I don't understand why it's even permissible at work. Like, just show up 'cause you feel and make the whole office sick. That that's , that doesn't make any sense. And even though we went through the whole covid thing , uh, workplaces are like, nah , you get sick of this work from home business. You've gotta get in, you've gotta show up. Really if what we're talking about here, if we're talking about respect, we're talking about jiujitsu and caring for your, your , your teammates. You pay them the respect of you don't want to negatively affect them. And also you would hope that they wouldn't want to negatively affect you. And so by having these good habits of not committing these BJJ hygiene crimes, maybe you then set a tone that someone else is like, oh, maybe I should bring flip flops. Maybe when I'm sick I won't show up and cough . Maybe it by example. Yes sir. I think this is the key. So here's for some of you gonna hear , you're like , I need to get this episode out to that stinky . Hey , I'll just share this with you. So yeah, here's the deal, here's the strategy for sharing is you're gonna find something in the episode. Either you are gonna find another person at training that, that commits one of these crimes. And when you share the episode with the person you're actually trying to target, you'd be like, Hey <laugh> , um, doesn't JT always commit crime Number five, have a listen. Right? You're like using that subtle or I don't know, you could be like, Hey, Joey tells a really funny story about, I dunno , some or whatever <laugh> Classic. But get the episode to them, share it with them, get this around. Um, I'm even thinking about making a poster of this so that the gym can just have it up because these are unspoken rules. These should be unspoken standards within Juujitsu. They should be spoken, they should be spoken explicitly. That's why we're speaking to 'em . Yes sir. Thanks. Bye . Peace. Cheers.
