In the 14th episode of Unreserved, Zurich North America CEO Kristof Terryn sits down with Inside P&C’s editor-at-large, Adam McNestrie.

The executive stressed that his firm would not change tactics on deployed limits in the national accounts space as it seeks to manage volatility across the business. Terryn also outlined the company’s ambitions to grow in the middle-market segment and in Canada, and set out how Zurich North America would tackle the E&S space via its new dedicated unit.
