I've had, I can't even tell you how many listeners have talked about this with me. Because there was just because when they when they go out of town, they'll they'll say, Oh, have you been to Seven Brew? I have seen one. Seven Brew sounds a lot like the last stand. Uh is what I'm gathering from what I hear. Because I looked at the menu once, oh, you know who it was. Okay, last stand, comparison. Explain. Um, so there's a lot of like lotus drinks and Oh, maybe. I see where you're going. Okay. You know who told me about it first was one of my NICU families. Well, I mean, our NICU families, but I was sitting in her, in her in her, I was sitting in her. I was sitting in her. Wow, nobody can speak the language today. We're all having problems. I was sitting in here on a Saturday with her, and they were talking about and this this NICU family, the young girl who's in the NICU. Well, she's not even in the NICU, she's in Pete's. She is older. She's like 11 years old. So she, this 11-year-old is like, oh my gosh, we love seven brew, blah, blah, blah. When we go to wherever they go. It's super Gen Z, super alpha. Because think about this. Starbucks, a little bit older, elder millennial now. That's the millennial coffee. Yeah. Uh, no, no disrespect to you, but let's, you know, let's put it the ageism to it. Anyway, a new drive-thru seven brew has been proposed for the Big Flats area. Just minutes from Horse Heads. It's gonna happen when it when they say it's proposed. Let me let me share with you exactly where. It's going over near Michaels and Taco Bell. Oh, God. Okay, so not the Duncan. They got no, it's not going there. Well, not far. Uh, so you're getting a seven brew. I originally saw one uh down around the Sealand's Grove area. In fact, when I first went by it, I'm like, what is that? And then Oh, I know. When you okay, when you said Michaels and Taco Bell, I was trying to envision this. And do you know when you go as if you're as if you're gonna go to Taco Bell or Michael's straight ahead, that's right, there's an empty spot. There's well, there's that empty spot. Traffic's gonna be a bitch. There is a oh my god, because yeah, across the street, you're also getting Chick-fil-A where the old Fridays was. I have a lot of people. That is going to be that they're gonna have to redo that traffic uh uh area there, you know, with lights and stuff. Now here's the thing. I'm gonna say this. Now that we know where it's going, for the love of God, whoever owns the property where Taco Bell and uh the um Dairy Queen sit, please fill the potholes. It is the worst. I mean, it is you will lose your car in them. And that janky hotel. Oh, would that be a problem that that came down? I don't think so. Were they charged by the minute? Here's the other one. And Nikki, thank you for confirming that D D is being rebuilt in the same location, and she said Seven Brew is going between Michaels and Taco Bell. My question is the community bank across the street. Yeah, what are they ripping out? What are they gonna do with that? I don't know because I see I went to Sam's the other day. I saw them ripping it out. I have no clue what's now we know Wendy's is staying. Oh, I have a Wendy's thing too. Because Wendy's is connect was connected to the bank. Very odd, but it was there for years. Well, that actually makes sense. You gotta get some money out, get some food. Okay. Uh, did you see that Wendy's today at three o'clock is giving away digital cameras? But then I was reading all the comments, and a lot of people were saying, Oh, I've worked for Wendy's before. You know, here's what's interesting. I'll share this really quickly. How do I know so much about Seven Brew? You ask. Because there's a that's really not your you're like a black coffee drinker. I'm drinking black coffee right now. Uh-huh. Um, but uh because of jewels, the crown jewels. So she's 21 years. Yeah, 21 years old. I told you, it's a hypergen Z Gen Alpha coffee shop coffee chain. Not like you for staying in the know. No, no disrespect to Duncan or to Starbucks. I mean, but you know, that's fine and all that. But what they do when they build a seven brew is they don't go in and like erect this, you know, hardcore structure. They bring it in on a trailer essentially, and then they build around it. It's almost like a prefab coffee shop. I always wonder about these though, because whenever they bring in like a pizza place or an ice cream place, so we have such established pizza and ice cream places, and now we have very established coffee places. And we had made the comparison about like, oh, it's kind of like a last stand, right? Is last stand gonna feel the heat? I don't know if they will because sometimes what it happens is places like ours where the community is so deep-rooted that we we go, eh, you know. Yeah, and I'm not trying to like totally poo-poo seven brew, but I know whenever there's like a new pizza place that comes, like, let's pretend it's blomino's. So there's a new blomino's. There's a new blomino's, yes. And so when it like, if there was a new blomino's that came in the corning, I'd be like, I'm going to Atlas. I'm going to Atlas. Exactly. I still want all of it. You might try it or you might use it in a pinch. Well, no, I think Seven Brew is going to do very well for a period of time and very well with a specific age group. And that's fine. And that's great.
