Oh, go right ahead. Just keep encouraging the uh you know, keep keep trying to bring on the embarrassment. You know, I'm not even embarrassed about it. How many people knew what Trey's songs looked like before he took the stage at tags?

SPEAKER_00

Well, you could at least Google Google what he looks like before you're just walking up to every Tom Dick and Harry backstage.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, people, for coming. That's that's what my job is. Being a nice guy.

SPEAKER_00

And of course you pat him on the back. Glad glad you're here. Glad you're here.

SPEAKER_01

Glad you made it, man. Thanks for it.

SPEAKER_00

On the Scott and Alley.

SPEAKER_01

Wish you were somebody, but sorry.

SPEAKER_00

On the Scott and Scott and Alley um stories, there is a picture of me and Chris Washburn, who was the DJ who's Asian. And then I wrote, This is who Scott thought was Trey Songs. Then the next picture is Trey Songs. Vastly different looking people. Okay. I anyway.

SPEAKER_01

And Chris could have faked it. I'd have believed it.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know if he would have or not.

SPEAKER_01

I believed it.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know if he would have because he blatantly said to me, Have we met before?

SPEAKER_01

So he said that to you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I said, I don't know. I've been here for 20 years. And he said, Well, I live in Ithaca, but I live part-time in LA. I'm like, okay, well, maybe we have, maybe we haven't, but I'm here.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you guys were talking like you would see him every year at one of the tag shows.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah, we ended up I was there for a while, so we ended up just chit-chatting a bunch behind behind the scenes.

SPEAKER_01

Well, have fun with the texts that are coming in, so go ahead and enjoy.

SPEAKER_00

So first one is from Tiffany. He should be used to seeing someone Asian. Jules's that Jules is her daughter, by the way. Jules's boyfriend is Korean.

SPEAKER_01

He's half Korean and he doesn't even have Asian features.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, you said the same thing about Chris Washburn, but if you go and look at the picture.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, when Chris was smiling in the picture next to you, some features present themselves. When I was assuming he was Trey Songs trying to get a radio drop from him, uh-huh. He wasn't that we he wasn't like in that smiley picture mode.

SPEAKER_00

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01

You can see the confusion.

SPEAKER_00

7025. No, I can't. 7025. Good everyone. I'm cracking up with the story you just told about the concert. Poor Scott being picked on, but that was funny. Hope you both have a great day.

SPEAKER_01

You shouldn't see the other guy. I mean, I've never seen the other guy that was standing near Chris earlier before, right before you and I went on stage, the guy with that little kind of straggly beard and all that stuff and had the Hawaiian shirt, totally patted him on the shoulder as I'm walking by. One of those walk-by pats, you know, where you like cup your hand, you're like, I'm like, thanks, man, for coming. This is great, man. Thanks, this and that. He was all smiles.

SPEAKER_00

So I'm I'm figuring like He's like, somebody's giving me my flowers, and I don't even know this guy.

SPEAKER_01

You know? Right. I mean, everybody was getting some thanks.

SPEAKER_00

I'm just glad you didn't say. Can't wait to hear your show later or something like that.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, who knows? All these guys could have been doing shows too.

SPEAKER_00

Who knows? Uh, thanks for being there. You know. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Thanks for being you.

SPEAKER_00

I never whoever you are. I never get mixed up. I'm never out in public and somebody goes, Oh my gosh, flow from progressive.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, actually, that would work really well.

SPEAKER_00

It would work totally well.

SPEAKER_01

That would very work, very well work for you.

SPEAKER_00

But nobody ever has ever said it to me out loud or has approached me and thought, oh, I know this did happen. Well, are you the progressive girl? Uh this happened once. Uh during COVID, you know, obviously it was what it was what it is, and we were wearing masks. So I look like somebody else in the area named Shanna, and her and I are ironically friends. Her name's Shanna Warwick. And so somebody came up to me and hugged me at Wegman's. They're like, Shanna! I gave him the biggest hug back. I'm like, Did you look at him and go, Thanks for coming?
