You know, with everything else that was going on uh over the past couple days, because we've been very fixated and everybody around the area has with Big Boy and all that. And uh we didn't get a chance to mention this yesterday. But uh Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs, right? Yeah, got signed to a five hundred and four point seven million dollar contract extension. I mean, he's like Say the number again. Five hundred and four point seven five million. And I'm not gonna lie to you when I tell you with all that money. Who knows? I I well, you know what? It may have been a good deal for him because he got injured the end of last year. Do you remember? It was in that Denver game where don't remember, but it was he's got an injury that has a tendency, I believe it was ACL, has a tendency to reignite itself at different points. This guy could be making more money doing no playing, depending on how things go. And then this popped up.

SPEAKER_02

Well, this is like our employees making money but doing nothing.

SPEAKER_01

I'm telling you what, I mean, I just haven't I don't have the you know what, I don't have the moral compass to do it like that. But apparently I need to I need to dumb myself down, which might be hard because I feel like sometimes I'm at the bottom of the barrel as it is. But anyway, uh then this, then you get the head coach, uh Andy Reid, because you also have Travis Kelsey's wedding coming up with Taylor Swift. No small affair. This is happening at Madison Square Garden, right? I mean, who gets married there besides Taylor Swift? No one.

SPEAKER_02

I don't know. Has anyone ever gotten married there before? I mean, they're gonna Google that.

SPEAKER_01

For God's sake, they'd rearrange the Knicks if they were still playing during Mad Time, which they won't. I expect them to win very soon. But listen to We'll talk about that. Listen to what Andy said about the uh upcoming nuptials.

SPEAKER_00

Listen, uh he's been here most of the offseason, so you see no distractions with that in the wedding. If it's like when I got married, my wife did everything. So this is true.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but you are number one, no Travis Kelsey, Andy Reid. Number two is you were not marrying Taylor Swift. Number three, how does it not distract you? Even if sure, Taylor probably has one of these things where she's got more people involved in planning that wedding and probably has it easier than most bride-to-bees their stress level. But you can't tell me she still doesn't have a level of stress, which then pours over to him. That's not a possibility in the human experience.

SPEAKER_02

If I'm stressed about our wedding, are you really thinking of stress that much? You're just like, what can I do to help?

SPEAKER_01

Not really like that. Right.

SPEAKER_02

You say it, but you're not like, you're not really gonna go book the flowers.

SPEAKER_01

In my head, it's actually going like this. God, I wish I had a violin, or I mean a uh uh harp sound effect. You could enter my brain. Uh it maybe we may not be able to pull it up quick enough. Uh, but in my brain, I'm seeing you expressing all the frustration and all the uh, you know, and then today all of a sudden the floor welcome to my brain. Why don't you pretend to bitch for a couple seconds about I don't know, make a scenario.

SPEAKER_02

So, first of all, Scott, I was trying to get the roses and they said they didn't have the yellow ones. All they have is the pink ones, but I don't want the pink ones. I want the yellow ones, and I need to make sure I have the red ones that go down the aisle, but I don't want to get them until the day of, so they're not really shrivelly. And then, wait, let's get on to the shoes. Jessica wants to wear open toad, but have you ever seen her fugly feet? She is not wearing open toad, okay?

SPEAKER_01

How do I get her to stop the crazy? How do I make what do I say that makes this end?

SPEAKER_02

Planning a wedding is like a it's it's a full-time second job. Anybody who's working right now and is planning a wedding, you know they're doing less on the job and they're doing more on the nutshell. It affects everything.

SPEAKER_01

I'm sorry, if you if it didn't affect everything for you and you're the main planner, which 99.98% of the time is the female, if it doesn't affect every aspect of your life in some way or slow you down somewhere or do something, then you just didn't even care and didn't give a damn.

SPEAKER_02

Which is very rare.

SPEAKER_01

Just go find a picnic table and call it good.

SPEAKER_02

Has anyone ever gotten married at Madison Square Garden besides Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift, which that's where we think they're gonna get married.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Sly Stone in 1974 married actress Kathy Silva live on stage right in the middle of a sold-out concert. Really? I wonder what the concert was.

SPEAKER_01

They don't say I've gotta bet a Sly Stone concert.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, duh.

SPEAKER_01

Because it's not Sly Stallone. It's Sly Stone.

SPEAKER_02

Sly in the Family Stone. Yeah, I bet you it was their show.

SPEAKER_01

Um could have been cool in the gang, but you never know.

SPEAKER_02

Sly in the Family Stone sings uh it's not celebrated. Everyday people?

SPEAKER_01

Now I gotta look this up.

SPEAKER_02

Thanks for doing this to me.

SPEAKER_01

Jeez.

SPEAKER_02

Sorry.

SPEAKER_01

It's been a minute.

SPEAKER_02

I can't help myself. Uh why are these songs not they're not coming to my Well, it's been a minute. Yes, you were right, Scott. Yes. You were right with everyday people. Oh, okay. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I would play it for you, but I have an ad that's happening right now.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I was gonna pull it up for you, but our computer's slow as balls, so you just I'm gonna skip it.
