Well, since this has been just a crazy show today, let's just keep this going. Uh we do have a very happy birthday that we have to wish too. Let's see here. This one came in. Let me let me let me uh give you this. 5610 says, Hi, it's uh my son Adam's ninth birthday. No, no, no. Abram. Abram. It is Abram. I thought that was a typo. You never hear a name Abram.
SPEAKER_01No, it's very biblical. Very rare. That's Abraham.
SPEAKER_00Well, whatever. It could be all right, fine. It's very tank. You're in Abram's tank, okay?
SPEAKER_01I'm just trying to tell you because it's Father Abraham. Remember the remember the little church song you would sing?
SPEAKER_00No, clearly I don't remember.
SPEAKER_01Father Abraham, Hem Sons.
SPEAKER_0033867. No Bible quotes. We can't do it. It's on the list.
SPEAKER_01I am one of them.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00There's a song that goes. Leave it to you to bust into a song from the Bible. You know, it's not bad though.
SPEAKER_01Amazing, Grace. No, I was kidding. You can tell this is our Friday. Yeah, totally. I haven't been here for two days.
SPEAKER_00Um, Abraham. Abram, uh, happy ninth birthday. So that means you get a one, a two, a one, two, three.
SPEAKER_01This is your birthday song. It isn't very long. Hey. And an extra song, bonus song. Father Abraham and many sons. No, here's the here's the craze I can't get away from. You're listening to anything on your phone, breaks in with commercials because I'm too cheap to pay for anything premium. And all of a sudden, it's this commercial and it's nonstop about colostrum. I thought colostrum, what is the heck is colostrum? It's, oh, now you won't get any wrinkles if you have colostrum.
SPEAKER_00I'm sorry. I thought colostrum had to do with breastfeeding, like it was the clear liquid that I thought so too. Okay.
SPEAKER_01So I do do I need to find a nursing mom and then be like And rubber boobs all over your face?
SPEAKER_00Yes, that sure as hell do.
SPEAKER_01Um I mean, how did this happen? Were they in the hospital and they're like, all the nursing moms like you could just bottle it up and I'm supposed to be eating it?
SPEAKER_00It it's been a minute since I was around breastfeeding. Uh-huh. Isn't boobs it? Just kidding. Isn't colostrum am I right? It's the clear liquid that uh well, it's I think it's clear. I mean, it's not the full milk.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00It but isn't that also loaded with like all sorts of nutrients and important things for the babies?
SPEAKER_01Colostrum is the first form of breast milk, yes, that is released by the mammary glands after giving birth. How the heck do they get so much colostrum then to create this colostrum powder that I keep hearing on on all these podcasts?
SPEAKER_00You've got a farm of women.
SPEAKER_01These Amish women are like the cows.
SPEAKER_00The farmers up early, and he's like, all right, put him through the fence.
SPEAKER_01It says it's called for milk or first milk.
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, okay, I'm right on this. It's been so long since I've thought or heard of this.
SPEAKER_01Animal colostrum may be called beastings.
SPEAKER_00Um, those don't produce a lot of milk. Humongous, honga longa, no no logongus.
SPEAKER_01They say colostrum is this is according to Cleveland Clinic. Colostrum is a nutrient-dense, antibody-rich fluid produced by mammals. Okay, so I might be. Immediately after giving birth, it acts as a newborn's first immunization. Yeah, but I get that, and they say it's good for gut health and athletic recovery. I get that, but I'm not just gonna go up to some uh breastfeeding mom and be like, that would be awkward.
SPEAKER_00I don't think you do it that way.
SPEAKER_01Can I have a taste? But look at as as I just put colostrum in on Google, there's all these colostrum powders now. There's heart and soil, nature's gold, uh arm armrah, armrah.
SPEAKER_004103. I take suppl a supplement called cowboy colesterol. It's from uh cows uh though. Okay, but I would imagine the cows also.
SPEAKER_01Oh, so it's the utter one. I get it.
SPEAKER_00It's the utter one. That just happened. Wow. 3386. Did you hear that?
