We're just being nosy on this one. I'm not gonna lie to you. So we're in day three of Prime Days. Has anybody uh you you did one pretty good purchase. Has anybody else? I mean, you got patio furniture.

SPEAKER_01

That's uh And it wasn't even super expensive. It just I wasn't quite ready to buy it yet. Yeah. But I think Zach's right. We have so many people coming to visit us that it I mean it's a this is how it works.

SPEAKER_00

I just want to point this out. Exactly the way you're saying it is how it works. Prime days now, I've realized in the beginning. It was set up deal, deal, deal. Yeah. Now it's don't really need to buy it right now, but boy, that looks like a pretty decent price. Maybe I should, and then you end up coming up with the your reasoning behind it. This is how they sucker you in. Bezos, you are a butthole. Uh, but that all being said, I I was just curious to see, did anybody really do it? Because I haven't heard years ago, you would hear, oh my god, I got this on Prime Day.

SPEAKER_01

I got this awesome hair dryer.

SPEAKER_00

I I don't hear it anymore.

SPEAKER_01

No. Well, here's one. I'm a book whore, so I got a few books that's been on my TBR. And then, oh, I have PTSD from Prime Week from working at Amazon for three years. Pray for everyone working in the bath warehouse. Oh, for sure.

SPEAKER_00

I can understand that.

SPEAKER_01

Um, I want to see if this is weird, crossing the line. I'm gonna put you and Tiffany in this situation. Oh, great. And you tell me what you think her response would be, or I'm sorry, what your response would be in this situation. So we're out the other day in a public place. You and let's say you and Tiffany are out in a public place. Okay. Lots of people, open air situation, and there is some gentleman who is wearing the best smelling cologne. Like the best smelling cologne. So I turn to my love and I said, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go ask him what he's wearing. Is that weird if I ask him what he's wearing? And he's like, Yeah, that's weird. Is that weird? Is it crossing the line? Because and I'm not, and I'm not gonna- I guarantee you she okay, so I'm not gonna go smell his neck.

SPEAKER_00

She looked like the uh guy at Wegman's couple years ago.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god, I forgot about that. Apparently, I again this is a thing for me. Yeah. Wow. Wow. Mr.

SPEAKER_00

Produce.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my God, I forgot about that guy. He wore the uh what was it called? It was the Johnny Deb Cologne.

SPEAKER_00

So what did you do? Did you go up and ask him? Oh no, answer my question first. We asked the audience. That's right. They all came to the rescue.

SPEAKER_01

What did I do with the Wegmans guy?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I stalked him, and then I and then I put it on TikTok, and then he told me what he wore.

SPEAKER_00

That's yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, and he's married, by the way. By the way, what is what did you cologne? I want to say this really quick. So that scenario was years ago.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And and yes, you can find it on our TikTok. So he's totally married. And even afterwards, when I found out, and I don't know why, but once I found out he was married, I was like, oh, I need to be careful about this.

SPEAKER_00

So well, yes, but you were it your your approach was never other than I'd like to know what the smell is. It was very funny the way it unfolded because you you do, it does bring you to a place of going, Am I crossing a line by asking this question? Is this person wearing this smell because they want to be approached or they want to smell a certain way?

SPEAKER_01

Well, remember the guy from Wegmans? Do you remember what he said?

SPEAKER_00

I I believe it was he just liked smelling good.

SPEAKER_01

No.

SPEAKER_00

No.

SPEAKER_01

He said, It's this smell is like catnip for my wife. Oh, okay. And and and I'm like, oh, that makes sense. Yeah. So I said, that makes it even better.

SPEAKER_00

So I can tell you this. Uh Tiffany is very much a person that loves smells. She is very much into it. She has a line. I don't feel finished in the morning unless I have a perfume or a smell. That's that's her thing. She loves it when guys have smells. But you don't really have a smell. I don't. I I'm not a cologne guy. Even cologne she bought me, I don't wear it. We have another very good friend of ours we've known for years, Rick Rambaldo. Uh-huh. Rick is uh smell guy. He's a smell guy. Uh now he's when I say an older gentleman, I'm not saying he's old. He's just uh, you know, he's what does he think? Like 64, 60, something like that. Probably. And uh always works as well. He has literally said, that's the tanning. He has literally said, My mom, if you remember this story, my mom used to say, if you can't smell me before I get in the room, I'm not doing something right. And that is for, and not bad smell.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I was that was his I've smelled some people before I got in the room.

SPEAKER_00

No, no, no, no, it wasn't that smell. We're talking the cologne smell. Yes. And now some people like it, some people don't. I understand that. Some people are just like, whoa.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so now we're at a we're at a place. I Tiffany smells a guy just by him walking by.

SPEAKER_00

Is she is she crossing the line by going up to this guy and going- not because I know she's a smell person. So if if if you did not know this about the person, I feel it's a little bit more, I mean, kind of weird, you know. I mean, it's just, I don't know that it's always crossing the line. Like for me, no, it's not because she knows, I know she she wants to know what the smell is. Right.

SPEAKER_01

And I and the next action could be, I'm not saying it was or is the next action could be the guy, if I went up to him and said, What smell are you wearing? for him to go, oh, and then shove his wrist in my face or something. Or like, or you know how guys will lift up their shirt like they lift up the collar, like that's not gonna happen.

SPEAKER_00

I think if you approach the guy on my neck, if you approach a person, party in the park.

SPEAKER_01

This is a great example.

SPEAKER_00

The one person that'll have cologne on, the rest of you'll have BO on. But the one person that shows up with the cologne. And if if you were to walk up and be like, uh you don't go, whoa, what's that smell? You go, I have to ask you really quick, what is the smell you're wearing? It's a it's very pleasant. Oh, that's a great way to say it. That's not crossing a line, okay? And no guy is gonna sit there and be like lifting up a shirt, being like, I mean, at that point, at that point you gotta walk away.

SPEAKER_01

I didn't say lifting up a shirt. You know how guys will like kind of pinch up their collar like a I guess that's just I okay. So if I smell a smell that I really like, you're saying it's okay for me to go over and say I feel that's a little bit more controlled than throwing the story up on TikTok. Okay, wait a second. Hold on. I got a couple texts on this. This one says, My wife did just that, but she asked the wife, what is your man's oh? That's a good way to do it, too. It's a great way to do it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's a good way.

SPEAKER_01

Then uh this one, my son is a smell guy, and by this I mean he has to have brand cologne. Send help, my bank account is not okay. Oh my god, they get so expensive. My favorite perfume is over $200, and I wear it very limitedly because, well, your girl's broke.

SPEAKER_00

Perfect.
