I don't know why, but I love your little Diet Coke side. You just found batteries and lit it up in here.

SPEAKER_00

I'm gonna put it right now on the Scott and Alley Stories because it's so freaking awesome. Okay. It's a cute little thing. I don't know what it is. It's there right now. So go over to the Scott and Alley Stories and you can see the new sign from Tiffany. I I'll even just put up the um I'll put up the picture of the notebook too, because it's really, really it's really like cute and dangerous.

SPEAKER_02

We were just out. I think I think that was the home good find. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's where where she found that.

SPEAKER_00

It looks like a home good find.

SPEAKER_02

Up at Ithaca there, you know.

SPEAKER_00

I'm trying to listen to it.

SPEAKER_02

Where Mio was trying to get her friend to buy everything.

SPEAKER_00

That's like my friend Danielle. Okay, here's the here's the trick to picking a restaurant. Because a lot of times you might go, What do you want for dinner? Where do you want to go? Yeah. And then Tiffany would go, Well, I don't know, what do you want? I don't know what you're doing. Do you want a barbecue? Do you want? So what you do is you start with four restaurants, and you guys can just like collectively come up with four. So I said, I'm gonna come up with like four from Corning because that's where I live. So hand and foot, Anilio, Sit and Bull, and uh Nickel's Pit Barbecue. Okay. So now what you do is, and it can start with either one of you, one of you has to take one away. Then the other one takes one away.

SPEAKER_02

Hand and foot's gone because I want a big meal.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

And then no disrespect, hand and foot. I'm just assuming you're a smaller portion. Well, and then Tiffany And that's totally an assumption. I could be wrong.

SPEAKER_00

Tiffany says, I'm not in the mood for barbecue now, so I'm gonna take out nickels. Okay. So then now you have two more. You have Simple, you have Anelios. And then the other per the person who started, they get to pick one last time on taking something away. So then whatever's left is where you go. It's so easy.

SPEAKER_02

This is zeny meeny miny moe.

SPEAKER_00

Pretty much, but it's you don't know what they're gonna say when they take something away.

SPEAKER_02

So you know the trick to you know the you know the trick to to winning this. Yeah, to winning? Being first.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, yes, because it's zeny meeny miney moe. Yes, yeah. And I think with that, with that, you just And then you know how it ends up.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, well, fine. You want sit and bowl, I want nickels. So it looks like we're doing takeout from two places. And three, two, one, let's see. Scott and Allie.

SPEAKER_01

Scott and Allie's big three.

SPEAKER_00

But you'd be eating inside, Scott. Well. Why why takeout? It doesn't taste as good. Like if I get chicken wings and I get it from point A to point B.

SPEAKER_02

Chicken wings taste equally as good at home as they do out there.

SPEAKER_00

That's not true.

SPEAKER_02

And you know why? Because the longer a wing sits, much like a brisket, the more it ingests the flavor. No.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, my family. My family went and got the best wings that are in the twin tiers, in my opinion. They were at Maria's.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that is a good wing.

SPEAKER_00

They drove from Watkins Glen to Corning and then, and the wings are the best. But they were they were like too much condensation.

SPEAKER_02

You're on the cusp of too long. Yes. If you are going from Market Street to your house, because you live within a mile and a half, uh-huh, you're good. If I'm going from um Watkins to Corning, that's a little too long with them, because then you're at the point you're like, might as well just eat these tomorrow. There is a time limit. I will agree to a degree. I will agree to a degree.

Officials believe at least 25 people have died as a result of the heat wave that took over the East Coast and Southwest. One of the cities to experience some record high temps, besides here, was DC. They even canceled the 4th of July parade because the heat index got to 115. And then one person was killed, two other and several others, I'm sorry, not two others. One person was killed and several others injured after a two-vehicle crash in Alpine Junction in Skyward County early Sunday Sunday morning around 458. It was the intersection of State Route 224 and State Route 13 in the town of Cayuta. Investigators found that a 2023 Tesla was traveling north on 224 when it failed to stop at a red light and entered the intersection. The Tesla was struck by an eastbound 2023 Dodge Charger that was traveling through the intersection on Route 13 with a green light. The Tesla was carrying four people. A rear seat passenger was pronounced dead at Robert Packer. And it happened over the weekend, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey did get married at Madison Square Garden on Friday.

SPEAKER_02

The interesting part to this, and and we kind of got into this early in the show, was uh for those that didn't know, Adam Sandler officiated the wedding. All people. I it is a weird flex. I think Adam himself is probably a genuinely wonderful person. Yeah. Um, but Ellie's not the biggest fan of his style. No, his comedic style, if you will. So I I had this worked up for you.

SPEAKER_01

Officiate the couple all night long. I came here to the wedding just to sing this song. A tailor for you, a tailor for me. The couple's getting married at MSG. She loves to kiss the Travis on his lips. She doesn't care that he smells like potato chips. Travis is a man, yeah, he's the groom. He once got lost in his own bathroom. Taylor Baylor do and Taylor Baylor gloss. The Travis has a brain like applesauce. There's so many Swifties, I don't know what to do. Her husband doesn't know that one plus one is two. Taylor. Okay. And Travis. So good! Happy wedding day, everybody. I knew it would happen.

SPEAKER_00

You know what we talked about last week a bunch and we haven't heard anything about? Is the vows. Did did did Travis actually write the vows? Did Taylor write the vows? Because we knew that I mean she's a wordsmith, right? She writes how many songs that she's pumped out in her life. Yeah. Travis, not so much.

SPEAKER_02

No, but I mean although I mean, you know, he's he's college educated.

SPEAKER_00

Did he use AI to help him? Uh uh. Did he use one of Taylor's collaborative writers? That's a good question. Just something I'm curious about. I don't know. We maybe we'll never know. Who knows?
