There is a friendly re friend friend friendly reminder. There is a friendly reminder. And I had just talked to the kids about this uh about a week ago. Lydia finally got a needo, okay?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yes, yes, yes. We just got one for Zach's niece, too.

SPEAKER_02

Now, you can get knockoff things. We've talked about the squishy thing. Kids, for whatever reason, right now, are in anything squishy.

SPEAKER_01

And God, it feels so gross.

SPEAKER_02

It's the weirdest feeling in the world, in the world. In the world.

SPEAKER_01

In the way, right?

SPEAKER_02

But this is a friendly reminder to not put your needo squishy toys in a microwave. Again, this happened. And remember, this is where we had a conversation about remember blowing the doors off microwaves with eggs in the microwave and stuff. And that spun off the conversation of the needle. Because here's the problem. These damn videos are online, and you know, not every well, here I'll tell you what the problem is. Stupid kids?

SPEAKER_01

Well, yeah, but think of what I'm gonna put it in perspective of like when I was a kid, so I had my older brother, because if you're a young, young, young kid, you may not go, let's put this in the microwave. But I was let's say I'm at the neat age, but I have an older brother who's like, hey Alicia.

SPEAKER_02

Do a microwave that?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, exactly. And then I'm like, okay.

SPEAKER_02

Well, I think I think it's you're right on that. I think it's also true, and it was proven to us to today, because we've mentioned Shaq coming to Watkins Glen in a couple weeks more than once in the past couple weeks. Uh-huh. But yet today someone just heard it for the first time. So I think what happens is a lot of times, you know, these videos just keep going around of people doing this, and here it is. A couple of kids have been hospitalized from an explosion due to uh, well, this TikTok trend. Uh, this is the fire marshal, not Bob. Uh this is the fire. It's the throwback joke for you, but here's the fire marshal talking about it.

SPEAKER_00

It exploded and oozed its gel on them. The four-year-old suffered burns to her uh her legs, I believe her arms, and a little bit of her face.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, her face. Here's the thing. I why is it the arm is okay, but I'm like, oh, her face.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Well uh now here's the thing. I can't totally blame the parents because they may not have known this trend. You know, they were they Or they weren't home. Or they weren't well, with a four-year-old, I'd hope you're not leaving them at home, but whatever. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You've got a teenage babysitter who's just like scrolling through their phone.

SPEAKER_02

That's true. Uh-huh. Um but you know, I've had this conversation with the kids. I'm like, we're not leaving these in the car, and we're not, these are just for you to hold and squish, and that's it. And like literally, because I've heard this and I it's scary.

SPEAKER_01

Do you say, Don't be a dummy?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's always good parenting. Now don't be any parent. Well, okay, maybe I've said that once or twice.
