Somebody's gonna be in a sprinkler or a pool today or a slip and slide or something because it's hot.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, Zach and I are gonna go to Aldi later. I bet you they've got something slide?

SPEAKER_01

The Aldi slip and slide?

SPEAKER_00

Because I live on a hill. Really not a bad idea. Or some sort of sprinkler situation. Or don't you think in that weird wonky aisle, they gotta have some sort of inflatable something.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, something where the the arms go flinging every which way and you know you're getting spritzed on. I was thinking a palm tree. Yeah, I'll hold that.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yes. Oh, that's a really good idea. We both could have our pools, be like, you stay in your pool, I'll stay in my pool, and then we'll just hold hands. So I want to share with you this.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. That's perfect, actually. That's typical us. It's it's like the uh what was it, the C. L's commercial where the two people were in separate bathtubs? Like, you're talking about a boner commercial and you're in different bathtubs. Shouldn't you be in the same tub?

SPEAKER_00

I know, but I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

Sometimes do you want to be in the sun setting, you're in each claw tubs, you're separated, and you got a rager going on down there. You're like, well, I'm in my own tub. I can't do anything now.

SPEAKER_00

Why are the why is the tub outside? Although one of my girlfriends, oh, I'm so glad you brought this up. One of my girlfriends has a bathtub outside. Well, probably is a flower pot holder. No, she has a bathtub outside. She's got this very I actually have two friends. One of them lives here locally.

SPEAKER_01

This is the most intricate thing I've ever heard. Let's take a bath outside.

SPEAKER_00

You know, April who owns Beespoke apothecary? She she put up a okay. You're like that, Jessica. Okay, all right. But let me let me ask you if you would use it though. Because my one girlfriend in Cleveland has a bathtub outside. It's very Amazon looking in her backyard. Then April from Beespoke posts a story the other day about an outdoor shower. We were at an Airbnb in the New England states where there was an outdoor shower. Would ya? Would ya? I mean, um, if it was private enough. And there is to be afraid that there'd be a skeeter on your peter, knock it off.

SPEAKER_01

If there's a dozen on my cousin, you can see them suckers buzzing.

SPEAKER_00

There's a skeeter on my peter, knock it off. There you go. I'm afraid to shower outside, thinking, what's gonna crawl on me?

SPEAKER_01

Uh uh, yeah, there's that possibility. I mean, um no, I just but that but also I'm kind of I'm particular with my showers. Like, I don't want if it if a breeze comes along, well then, you know, first of all, for me it's a shrinkage problem. For you, all of a sudden you're caught in glass with, you know, boobies.

SPEAKER_00

Your neighbor Jason and and Kelly.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I'm really hoping that this thing's built private enough that they don't see me. I mean, the worst they gotta do is watch me walk naked from my door to the shower.

SPEAKER_00

Then what's the issue?

SPEAKER_01

Wow, it's taken really into a bad place.

SPEAKER_00

Then what's the issue? It's the same with people with hot tubs. You you do the run.

SPEAKER_01

I could, yeah, right. The run. Uh I could usually at night. You don't see too many people doing that at two in the afternoon on a Sunday.

SPEAKER_00

But if you do, uh whatever.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, have yourself a privacy fence. Um, the the the shower outside, uh it's like getting ready to go in a pool. You know how every pool they say shower before you go in. But do you?

SPEAKER_00

I never do. You never shower before you go in. Yeah, I'm you're getting me dirty.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, right. I mean, I'll shower when I get out, but I ain't showering before I get in.

SPEAKER_00

Oh wait, isn't that the the summer shower or the summer bath? Like, what's the need?

SPEAKER_01

Oh no, you gotta get chlorine. Like if you have a daughter specifically, you gotta get chlorine out of that hair.

SPEAKER_00

As if I don't have long long hair.

SPEAKER_01

You also wash your hair once every six weeks. That's true. So, but if you're in a if you're in a uh a public y style pool, lots of chlorine, right? You know you have to get that out.

SPEAKER_00

Public public pools? We don't have those here.

SPEAKER_01

No, only in Corning they don't have them. That's a throwback to yesterday's show. Listen on demand. Listen to this. So you know how Joan's soda's known for some crazy sodas.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god. There's this place in Cucka, on Cucka, that they sell all of them where it's like mashed potatoes.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, Beast Spoke Apothe Apothecary doesn't have these? Because it seems like they should.

SPEAKER_00

No, no, there's a place in Cucka that they've got the mashed potatoes. One of them's like green bean casserole, Scotts farts.

SPEAKER_01

That's a tasty one. Sit right there. I'll let you chew on one later.

unknown

It tastes like meatloaf.

SPEAKER_01

Did you have meatballs last night? Sure did. As a matter of fact. They've come out with a line from Crayola Crayons. The flavors include fruit punch soda, uh, inspired by kind of waxy?

SPEAKER_00

A little bit. Why do I actually know what this tastes like?

SPEAKER_01

Orange and cream soda inspired by Sunset Orange, pineapple cream soda. Why are these the most normal sounding sodas from Joan Soda inspired by dandelion? Green apple soda, inspired by instant heartburn, uh, and uh uh berry lemonade soda, inspired by Robin's Egg Blue. Can we play a game? And then Foo Foo Berry Soda inspired by Razzle Dazzle Rose.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, can we play a game?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

We have $10 to wholesome cafe. It's that coffee place in Pine Valley.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

And I want you guys to text us the worst soda, either combo or any kind of what would be the next Joan soda? Okay, you've got your little pineapple express over there.

SPEAKER_01

These actually are fairly normal sounding.

SPEAKER_00

But give me like moo gaipan soda. Shrimp scampy soda.

SPEAKER_01

Give us the worst. All I can think of is libs with the amount of garlic.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god. You see the flu the flex of garlic just floating in the bottom. It's a real thick yellow.

SPEAKER_01

Shrimp scampy soda is the nastiest thing I've ever heard.

SPEAKER_00

Text us the worst. Get on the Wink106 app, Twin Tears Magic, or My Radio Jams. There's that notebook or that microphone. The worst, the worst is gonna get a coffee gift certificate.

SPEAKER_01

Lasagna soda.

SPEAKER_00

That's enough of that. Swedish meatballs.
