I got something better than fixing your RBF, and I'll I'll tell you what it is in a second because I want to read some of the texts that came in about this.

SPEAKER_01

Mm-hmm. I really like the one about the resting gen face. So this comes from Jen. My mom doesn't call mine resting bitch face anymore. She calls it resting jen face. Nice. Uh-huh. And then my RBF shows more when I'm focused on the task I'm working on.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I can understand that. But I guess my my question was, because everybody has there are levels of RBF. Some people have it and you're like, oh, this person's just miserable. But then there's other people, it does have there's this odd little weird attractive thing about it sometimes. But what are they gonna go fix? Are they gonna raise your eyebrows so you're more gleeful? They can do that.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, they can do that. They can they can pull up the eyes on the side as well. They can pull up the cheeks a little bit more. You know, put your fingers on your cheeks, Scott. Uh-huh. And then pull it. Yeah. I'm the happy! Yes, and then they pull up your smile a little bit.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, that's fine. Look, you know, here's the thing. Can I tell you what I'd rather fix instead of RBF? And it totally doesn't require plastic surgery. What is it? People that sound miserable. It's the dog park. But um there are people like that or man, I've told you I've had to make a phone call once or twice to a provider that unfortunately, uh well, fortunately, I have to use nice people. But man, when the one lady's on the phone, I it puts me in a place. Let's just say that.

SPEAKER_01

I sometimes want to say, but I don't. Sorry I inconvenienced you.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, I did with this one person. This literally happened recently without being specific. I will not tell you where, and I will not tell you exactly what. I love stories like this. They tried, first of all, they never appear pleasant when you're in front of their face or whether they're on the phone. And the minute that this person answered the phone, I'm like, oh hell, this is gonna be here it is, this is gonna be the struggle bus. Uh-huh. And uh, it was in regard to, it was the second time I had to call to have something taken care of because it wasn't they weren't able to get to it. And I was just following up. Wasn't trying to be pushy, because you know me. I mean, most of the time I'm ridiculously pleasant on the phone. Hey. Call it what you will. At least you know you're getting something nice. Well, when when they gave me the I already told you, that turned that flipped, that was an instant switch that flipped. I said, No, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_00

You did not already told me. What you did say is this. Okay. See, it's really scary to have a battle with someone that has a degree of a photographic memory. I mean, yes, there's a lot of crap I don't remember.

SPEAKER_01

I was gonna say.

SPEAKER_00

But when it's something that's very specific and important, like I'm tuned in.

SPEAKER_01

Not work.

SPEAKER_00

Nope. Uh, and uh, you know what I'm saying though? Like, like I heard the words that were said earlier. And and then you know what kills me.

SPEAKER_01

Would this be selective photographic memory? Yep, you're damn right it is.

SPEAKER_00

That's exactly what it is.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, we self-diagnosing? I know a few of those folks too.

SPEAKER_00

And then, but the thing about it is, you know what I hate about it? The second you correct a person like that, they suddenly become nice. Why did it take that to make you nice? Why couldn't you just open that door? So I'm not concerned about RBF. The fact that you look miserable walking up the street, I don't care. How about we work on your attitude?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, definitely. Is there a surgery for that?

SPEAKER_00

Because I got a foot that can really help straighten it out up your ass.

SPEAKER_01

What's funny is when somebody has RBF and then they once you get into a conversation with them or they smile or they do something that's really pleasant, you are so thrown off. Sure. Because I go.

SPEAKER_00

Look what was in there deep down inside. Right.

SPEAKER_01

Internally, I'm like, oh, I wasn't expecting that. I guess I will be friends with them.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. I'm just saying, I think we're working on the wrong problem.

SPEAKER_01

You're right, though. If you try to fix it, then all of a sudden you're gonna look like Ronald McDonald.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's not gonna work. It's not gonna be the same. So
