Coming to the stage, ladies and gentlemen. You know, it's funny, we were talking about the pole, and the pole doesn't make you a stripper.
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, that is kind of what you're doing on the Well, you're not always stripping, you're just exercising.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's true.
SPEAKER_00It's a great, great workout.
SPEAKER_01You can do that, but I I this started with me telling you the story about this girl who was doing it as a workout. She had a pole in her living room when she was trying to master this one move, and then the pole dislodged from up top, went sliding over, hit the sprinkler system, just flooded her living room. I mean, it was it was a swimming pool. Well, of course, it evolved into stripper stories. And not necessarily intentional, it just sort of drifted that way because not that they have to run together. A lot of times they do, but you're right, the poll can be a workout. The poll itself, in fact, come to think of it, when I told you the story how my boss at my radio station 35 years ago uh, you know, took me to see one of our coworkers, a part-timer, who I believe she won the competition and she was not naked. Oh, good for her! No, no, no, it was just a poll like exhibition. Like look what we can do.
SPEAKER_00She probably was wearing those spank things.
SPEAKER_01I think she had some sort of like Leotard thing on or something. So Man, legs like Redwoods.
SPEAKER_00So we get this text message. Because you guys can message anytime about anything. Download the Wink 106 app, Twin Tears Magic at My Radio Jams. 1756 starts with I have a stripper story. Now I haven't read this yet. I just saw that it started with I have a stripper story.
SPEAKER_01Here you go. From my hand to not do you're properly introed.
SPEAKER_00A friend of mine was going in the Air Force. His girlfriend was a dancer at Bear Facts, who I used to voice those commercials back in the day. Thank you very much. They had a send-off party for him with a dish to pass private party. Oh, I didn't know that Bearfax had such a fancy setup like that.
SPEAKER_01Maybe it was an after hours thing. Or Sunday.
SPEAKER_00They set him up on a chair in the middle of the stage when a dancer came out and did her routine. We were all throwing out dollars while she waved her most intimate parts in our faces. Do you like how I'm reading this? Yes, but this is after her routine, we gathered to eat. She came up to me and said, Huh, you look familiar. She asked my name. I told her my name. Her eyes got big as saucers. Alright, I just read ahead. We had the same last name. Come to find out. We're cousins.
SPEAKER_01Oh, only in the twin tears. Oh, yeah. You got to see your cousin that way. My cousin, stripper, stripper cousin. Oh boy. Oh man. That's something that'll rock your world for a while.
SPEAKER_00You know, I've I've I've worked here, I've lived here for 20 years. That has to be in the top three stories. Not that one. Top three.
SPEAKER_01Oh, God, that's good. Yeah. That was such a good story. Because now that's gonna live with you.
SPEAKER_00Do you have one better? Me?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, no, no. You guys, no, that's no no. I told you mine. Mine was just one of those. Well, now come to think of it, I bet HR wouldn't be down with that. No. If we called our HR person, Stacey would be like, You did what?
SPEAKER_00Before we do the big three, since we're talking about so many grown-up things, before we do the big three, I have a summer camp for grown-ups. I've been to this location, and I'm telling you what, it is the best location to do a summer camp for grown ups. I want to hear what the summer camp for grown ups is. It's one of my favorite places. Okay. And I visit it with friends every other year.
SPEAKER_01I I want to know what also this summer camp for adults entails.
