I know a lot of you are going to work right now or you're on your way to work. I can tell, especially because even the text messages we get in the mornings are like we got one from 3490 this morning who said, wait a second, it's supposed to be dry today, but it's rained on my entire commute to work. Like, uh, what's up with this? So as you're going to work, or once you get there, I want you to get onto our app, the Wink 106 app, the Twin Tears Magic app, or My Radio Jams app. And I want you to click on the Afterwork Social. Coming up on August, I believe it's August 21st. Scott and I are going to be hosting the Afterwork Social. And you and I mean you can invite as many of your coworkers as you want, but what we're going to do is right beforehand, we're going to pick one of these lucky businesses to come and hang out at Centertown Social in Elmyra. And we're going to give you 10 drink tickets and like two, three apps for you guys to share after work on August 21st from five to seven. Ironically, also the same day as Russell Dickerson. And Scott and I will be celebrity bar, celebrity, let's use that term loosely. Scott and I will be bartending from five to seven as well. So come and have us pour drinks. But in the meantime, if you want to bring your coworkers, have a little camaraderie outside of the office, have some drinks and apps together, then go and sign up for the afterwork social right there on our app or on our website, wink106.com. Naggli Moving and Storage, Cayuga Medical, uh Fringe and Corning. Some people from Wegmans signed up. Southern Terror Animal Control. You get the point. We've got businesses who are already already signing up, and we want to pick one of you to come hang out at Centertown Social so we can take care of the drinks and the apps for you for just a couple hours. And then you guys can go over to tags and go hit up Russell Dickerson, and it's going to be a great time. Now, tomorrow is Friday, baby. Oh my God, thank God. But tomorrow is also, it's, I would say it's like one of those milestone days in my relationship. Zach is meeting my parents for the first time, and it's going to be a very quick visit. It's not like a whole weekend thing. We're driving to Cleveland. We're dropping off little junior baby. And then him and I are driving an extra hour to go to this, it's a rockabilly festival outside of Cleveland. And I he said, Well, I have to get your parents a gift, give your mother a gift. He specifically mentioned my mom, which I thought was really interesting because I think like people think, or you know, that she's a little brash, a little rough around the edges. I was like, you don't have to give her a gift. He's like, No, I really feel like I should give her a gift. Is it too much? Is that what Zach should do? Should he get my mom or my parents a gift the first time he meets them? A couple here's a couple factors in the whole thing. Number one, my parents live out of town. So, you know, we've been dating for a while, he hasn't met them yet. Number two, we're older. So maybe that's like I feel like if this was like a younger person's situation and they lived in town that you wouldn't. But I'm in my 40s, Zach's in his 50s, so uh I see that he is he's a traditionalist in that way, he's very um respectful. So, what do you guys think? Do you guys think that Zach should get my parents a gift when he meets them for the first time, or is that like too much on the gas pedal?
