Uh been a minute since we've done this together. I know.
SPEAKER_00It's been over a week now. Because I left two Fridays ago. Yeah, uh not last Friday, the front. Not last Friday, but the Friday before.
SPEAKER_01No, you were here Friday.
SPEAKER_00I know. That's the day I left. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But we did that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so it's been it's been a week. It's been a week. A full solid week that I haven't been here.
SPEAKER_01We were actually weirdly together, but we were not doing a show. Right.
SPEAKER_00Right, right, right. We were in Cleveland together.
SPEAKER_01Which was a really fun trip. Uh without a doubt. That was a that was a very good trip.
SPEAKER_00Um We'll have to cover some of it on the show, some of it on the podcast. I was gonna say. I listened to the podcast and we talked about some things that we'll have to that we'll have to live on the podcast, you know, because because we, you know, broke some things down from the trip.
SPEAKER_01But some of it's gotta unwind there. Yeah, right, right, right. How did your adjustment go getting back into town? Because uh uh if if I may for just a moment here. So uh after we had really what was a jam-packed, what would you say, two and a half days really? Yes.
SPEAKER_00Um we were going from like 7 30 in the morning until I mean one day I didn't go to bed until one o'clock in the morning.
SPEAKER_01I don't know how you got up the next morning and and we're like, let's go. I don't know how I did it.
SPEAKER_00I don't know how I did it either.
SPEAKER_01It was a lot.
SPEAKER_00The first night I went to bed at like midnight of our conference. The second night I went to bed at like one o'clock in the morning. No, I think the first night might have been 11 30. Either way.
SPEAKER_01They're later than usual.
SPEAKER_00Right, right, right. If you're going from 7 30 in the morning until midnight, then you're you're like, oh I got it.
SPEAKER_01And you gotta be on the whole time. Like you're, you know, you're surrounded by a lot of other people in the industry. I'm sure people that have done business conferences totally understand what we're talking about. So then we're driving back, and you guys had guests in town. So there was not even a minute. I mean, not saying that you weren't already off part of the week, but there was no chance for you to go, okay, I can take two minutes. Not at all. So I walked in the door.
SPEAKER_00I don't know, what time did we get home on Friday?
SPEAKER_01Uh actually it wasn't that bad. I think it was uh it was it was about 620 because I remember uh calling Tiffany and going, Do you need anything to eat? Because I'm I'm in corning.
SPEAKER_00Okay, so got your you dropped me off at 620 by 640?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I think Zach's kid was because it was like I I told them I'm like, I literally just walked in the door. Zach's kid and their girlfriend, Addy, had uh knocked on the door. Oh, and I I all I literally did was like drop my bags, go to the bathroom, and there they were. Yeah. So yeah, we had no downtime as far as that goes. Because as soon as they came in that night, you know, we hung out. I mean, we didn't go anywhere, but like we hung out and we're talking, talking, talking. Again, oh my God. I went to bed at three o'clock in the morning.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh, I haven't done that in so long.
SPEAKER_00I know, I don't know why. I think it's just because we were meeting for the first time. So there was just so much like to talk about and hang out, and and and yeah, so no downtime whatsoever. Finally, Cyrus and Addie left yesterday morning, but I had a baby shower yesterday.
SPEAKER_01Oh, did you really?
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, a co-ed baby shower that Zach actually went to. Oh, and one of those.
SPEAKER_01I kind of like that. I'm not gonna lie.
SPEAKER_00Like a co-ed baby shower.
SPEAKER_01I mean, uh, did do people will still want to play the games from the 90s where you blindfold and like, you know, I don't know, try to smack the baby's butt. I don't know. What games you got?
SPEAKER_00I'm glad you said that because the first there was two games, nothing major. This was not this was not a baby shower where it was like, okay, everyone, come over here. Okay, everyone come to it wasn't like that at all. Everyone was like really chill. The one thing they had was make a baby out of play-doh, which we did. And then there was a scavenger hunt, and it this baby shower was for my friend Sonia. Yeah. It's her daughter is having a baby. And so, uh, which is like crazy because I've known her daughter since her daughter was a little, little, little girl. Yep. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's happening in our lives now.
SPEAKER_00I I know, exactly. So then there was a scavenger hunt on the back, and Sonia's like, oh my gosh, did you do the scavenger hunt? Because this was at Watson Homestead. And I was like, no, I didn't do that.
SPEAKER_01No, see, the game you gotta play in today's baby shower, especially co-ed is is you get a shaky toy and a couple cornhole boards, and you go, found it again. There you go. That's that's a game everyone can play. Back to Sable, say well.
SPEAKER_00Yep, but we haven't we haven't learned a thing. I was not gonna get up from the table and like search the woods for an acorn or uh whatever else. Yeah. I and so she's like, You don't want to do it? Come on, you can win a prize. I'm like, no. What's the prize? Uh lottery tickets.
SPEAKER_01Oh, well, actually, you might have me on that.
SPEAKER_00Right, which Zach did win with the guess the amount of mints in the baby bottle. Oh, did he really? He didn't know it because we left kind of.
SPEAKER_01And did they call and say you want a lottery ticket?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, sign and text to me. And but we and we literally live a street away. So I said uh I'll I'll walk over and get the lottery ticket tomorrow. Then I'll scratch it and keep it. I can't. Yes, you will.
