Chad asked an excellent question on the text line. What? You're gonna have to open Zillow. They say, what did your parents' house cost?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I actually did this recently. Hold on a second. I'm just curious. In the 400 range, but No way! That's it?

SPEAKER_00

This house has gotta be a $1.2 million house.

SPEAKER_01

You have to think. Zillow doesn't know what's inside.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that's true.

SPEAKER_01

That's hold on a second.

SPEAKER_00

That's very true. And honestly. Unassuming but very nice on the outside. Then you walk in, you're like, oh my gosh, it's like a parallel universe in here.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah. It's the value on Zillow is $481,000.

SPEAKER_00

I no, that is so wrong, it's not even funny.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, especially because I mean, who knows when this was assessed.

SPEAKER_00

Uh yeah, that's that that's true too.

SPEAKER_01

But regardless, no, no one ever even if you're getting an assessment. Actually, I I gotta think about this. Yeah, if you're getting an assessment, they're not coming in the house.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, they are. An appraisal.

SPEAKER_01

An appraisal, not an assessment.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but they go off the appraisal value for uh like Zillow and stuff.

SPEAKER_01

Because the last time I had, you know how the city will be like, your house is now assessed at blah, blah, blah. Oh, and it's always way taxes, yes, and it's always way more. And you're like, oh no, no, no. No, no, no, you're gonna reduce that right now. And then you try to appeal it, and and then they go, no.

SPEAKER_00

God, that's all true, isn't it?

SPEAKER_01

Isn't this the most accurate thing ever? That's true. They never came in my house. I got that sheet just recently.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, they're like, we're just looking from the outside. Yeah, well, then don't look at the appraisal because the appraisal on your parents' house would be 1.2 mil. Oh, easily.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, easily. Very easily. Pretty easily.

SPEAKER_00

Easily. That's great. Now, I have to move on to this. So, Junior, who is normally here, uh, he doesn't know it, but he's normally living here.

SPEAKER_01

He's staying with Mark and Gale for the next month. I'm picking him up on August 29th.

SPEAKER_00

This dog is in the lap of luxury right now, has a bed the size it's like a king-sized dog bed.

SPEAKER_01

I know. I think I'm gonna ask my mom if I can keep that bed.

SPEAKER_00

That's wait, that bed's not your bed that lives at the house? That's only at your parents' house?

SPEAKER_01

Only at my parents' house.

SPEAKER_00

No wonder he likes going there. I almost crawled into bed with him.

SPEAKER_01

I know, it's massive. Oh. And then they put him up on this ottoman so he looks like a king. And then all the treats that he gets, it's ridiculous. Yes. He's eating cheese. He's eating hot dogs, he's gonna come back 300 pounds.

SPEAKER_00

I was at the house 30 minutes. He's gonna be in a lipitor.

SPEAKER_01

Um Junior at the house for 30 minutes and whatnot.

SPEAKER_00

About 30 minutes. Now, Junior moved not once except to move his his body and go.

SPEAKER_01

You did not greet Scott at all.

SPEAKER_00

No, not at all. I think I went and pet him on the head once. I'm like, hi Junior. He's like, just leave me to my palace.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Leave me.

SPEAKER_01

I'm sorry, is your name Gail? And then get away from me, Peon.

SPEAKER_00

And this dog is going to get spoiled to the max over the and and it's you should tell your mother this. It's actual national spoil your dog day today.

SPEAKER_01

How perfect is that? So, one thing that I always say, every time he goes to my mom's, even if it's for like you know, when I went to the sphere, he was with her for what, three days?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And then we come home, and I always say that he has the depression because he he was like, would that be the depaution?

SPEAKER_00

See what I did there? Little little depaution. You know, it's 2026. Everybody has some kind of condition. Just ask everybody.

SPEAKER_01

Does he need to have some sort of medication to wrap him up? He just pawsack. He's I can go all day.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

But it's so sad how he'll mope around, barely. I mean, he barely moves anyway, but think of barely, barely moves. He barely moves.

SPEAKER_00

I wouldn't have moved off this bed.

SPEAKER_01

If I lay next to Junior, I'd been like I'd still be in Cleveland. And my mom is like massaging him while she's watching TV.

SPEAKER_00

No, honest to God, I uh I have to tell you, I did get the medical. See, I showed up at the house when uh Allie was still in the shower because I showed up at three in the afternoon and she didn't have all F and Day to get ready. Uh but at any rate, so you're still taking Gail to Trader Joe's.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So she could buy me groceries.

SPEAKER_00

And you had to come back and show Oh my God, the back of my car would look like a U-Haul. So I wish I would have taken a video. It was so bad. So uh at any rate. I bought five bags of cereal on Gail's dime. That wasn't it. There's a there's a new roasting pan.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you haven't roasted anything ever. Whose is that for? That's it's mine. That's not new. Like most of their things, they like to switch things out. So my mom said, You take the roasting pan this time? Yeah, we don't really use this. You just take it.

SPEAKER_00

Well, neither do you.

SPEAKER_01

So I used it. Actually, Zach used it over the weekend. So All right, I didn't. Zach does it.

SPEAKER_00

So as soon as I get to the house, there's Man, I'm a princess.

SPEAKER_01

My mom takes me groceries.

SPEAKER_00

And your parents are rich. Jesus, I gotta stay on your good side.

SPEAKER_01

Zach doesn't let me drive at all anymore, which I freaking love. And then he cooks me all my meals.

unknown

You know.

SPEAKER_01

And you still won't let him move in. Oh, come on now. That's not true. We had the discussion. Everyone's asking now. Everyone asks. When's he gonna move in? When's he gonna move in? So yesterday I said, when are you gonna move in? Oh, you asked. Not too soon. I'm kidding. I'm just kidding. I'm kidding.
