Jesus, how are you? I'm good. How are you? What is your inheritance in the form of at whoever's house?

SPEAKER_01

So actually this happened a couple weeks ago. My mom our mom passed away, and we're going through some things that are home, and in the back of a closet were um two boxes from each of our grandparents' funerals, so like the keepsake boxes, and underneath is a shoe box. So I'm thinking, okay, this must be really important. I wonder what it is. Sure enough, after I gather everyone around, I open it, and it's a box of mismatched socks. What a great inheritance!

SPEAKER_02

You know what you can do with that inheritance, my girl? You can wipe fan blades. That's right.

SPEAKER_00

Everybody in the family has absolutely the cleanest fan blades now. You know, here's the thing. You're not getting Nelly tickets for that, but you can have New York State Fair tickets. Would you like two, four, six, eight, twelve? How many can I get you?

SPEAKER_01

Well, there's a party of five, so we'll take five.

SPEAKER_00

Why don't you take one extra in case somebody wants to bring one with them? That way it keeps our count even too. That's right. Really, it's all about us.

unknown

Hold on.

SPEAKER_02

Hang on, wait a second. My favorite part is that she gathered everyone around for the unveiling of the socks.

SPEAKER_00

I know, I know.

SPEAKER_02

Just imagine being there and Huh?

SPEAKER_00

Well, look at that.

SPEAKER_02

I love this one too. My inheritance is a huge box of beanie babies my father bought on QVC. QVC has been talked about a lot this week, too. They've had their moments recently. Yes. Uh let's see. Wait, hold on a second. Some of them are the state quarter beanie babies. I'm not sure what that means.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know either, but I love their sarcasm. Kaching.

SPEAKER_02

But maybe that kaching is not sarcasm. Maybe whatever the state quarter ones are, maybe those are lots of money.

SPEAKER_00

Let me let me just tell you. So I had, you were telling us that your inheritance now lays in lockbacker barker backer baskets.

SPEAKER_02

Locker barker baskets, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I said, Well, they may be worth something. The problem is getting rid of them. And I said, unless you find a Tiffany. I made this joke. I said, in which case she'll be like, I'll give you $35 and then your closet's empty. I love it. My closet's full. She texted me and she goes, Have you ever priced them? Which I'm gonna answer for you. No. No.

SPEAKER_02

No, no desire to do it just yet.

SPEAKER_00

A picnic basket version. Does she have one?

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yes. Actually, she has. I know she has a smaller one and a larger one. Actually, we should.

SPEAKER_00

You're about to crap your pants when you hear this.

SPEAKER_02

My sewing basket is a logaburger.

SPEAKER_00

Logaburger? Picnic basket. Or $250.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, I need to sell that sewing basket.

SPEAKER_00

Except here's the problem. What? This is the alright, I'm gonna give you a little piece of advice, and then we're gonna keep going with the text because we do want to give away Nelly tickets and there are tons of texts. So here's the thing. My long past now friend Brad, as you know, we've talked about many times. Uh-huh. His dad was an accountant, possibly a little shady from time to time, but whatever. Got me good tax returns. I don't care. Good. So uh, no, I'm kidding. I don't think he was shady. He made a very good, he dealt with a lot of estates and planning and stuff. Uh-huh. It was one of his side kind of jobs for it as an accountant. Yeah. He said, Scott, Scott. If you ever want to, because at the time my parents had passed, you know, I wouldn't they were saying and he said, if you ever want to avoid family arguments and problems, liquidate everything to cash and just give cash.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, sure. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

But the problem is selling half this stuff and going to the trouble of selling it.

SPEAKER_02

Well, that's exactly it, because we had that that whole thing when my grandfather passed, and he had a lot of stuff. He was a hoarder. So don't worry about it. Tough to get some of that. Right. Well, you get to the point you're like, I just don't want to deal with it. No.

SPEAKER_00

Uh love this uh username. I'm not even gonna give your digits. Your loop username is great. Loopy1177. Loopy. Uh their inheritance in the form of McDonald's Happy Meal toys. All right.

SPEAKER_02

Now, some of those are worth something, and then a lot of them aren't.

SPEAKER_00

Again, it's the crap you gotta unload. All right, keep going.

SPEAKER_02

Uh, this one, uh, this from Tanisha. My life inheritance would be in gnomes. Oh, we have gnomes for everything, and they're everywhere. There you go. This sounds like Tiffany's um holiday floor mats.

SPEAKER_00

I don't think yeah, she's thankfully not a gnome person, I don't believe. That you know right now. We'll have gnome of this.

SPEAKER_02

Um my inheritance will be, oh my gosh, and they put, oh my gosh, you cannot imagine the quantity of precious moments totes, totes, totes, totes.

SPEAKER_00

Again, they'll all preach. They're worth a fortune.

SPEAKER_02

Just recently, uh, Zach's kid was in town, right? And brought um brought their girlfriend Addy, and Addie all of a sudden said, and I'm I you know, I don't know where she got this, but she's like, I'm starting to collect precious moments. I think some of them are collectible.

SPEAKER_00

So I Again, you gotta find the convention that they're doing this, you know?

SPEAKER_02

2827. I mean, you better you better look through those and you might have like a little diamond in the rough.

SPEAKER_00

But but what are you gonna you just Google? Where can I sell precious moments that might be of value? I guess you could go in there. Church garage sale? Oh god, yeah. You think you think somebody at a church garage sale's got a big wad of cash ready to fill your inheritance? Second collection. Yeah. I love this one from Hannah. It says, uh, my inheritance in uh uh from my mom will be a holiday collection of Barbies from 1988 till now.

SPEAKER_02

Are they still in the box? You might have some money on your hands too.

SPEAKER_00

Again, you gotta unload this stuff.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-hmm uh my inheritance will be an overabundance of quilts and quilting supplies. Now, at least you'll be cozy. And warm. Yes. Yes. Um, this one from 2709. My inheritance will be my mother-in-law's pet cemetery ashes of all her deceased pets in her lifetime.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, lucky you. You definitely get fair tickets.

SPEAKER_02

And wait, I love this one because everyone had this phase. 1898. My inheritance will be every cow item I've I've ever bought my mom since I was 14. She loves cows. Picking a winner is gonna be really hard because there's- I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

You you somehow skipped over 1756, and that right now is aimed right at my favorite. I'll let you go find out.

SPEAKER_02

1756? I got 1794 is a collection.

SPEAKER_00

Right below the my hair my inheritance will be an overabundance of quilts and uh knitting uh supplies. It's right below that.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, my inheritance is in my stripper cousin's G string.

unknown

What?

SPEAKER_00

I understand that.

SPEAKER_02

That sounds a little incestual.
