Because if I'm gonna give my kid money, I I mean they have to really have had a proven track record of, you know, let's say when you were younger, you had different little odd jobs in the neighborhood that you would do, and let's say you saved all that money. Yeah. Then by the time you got to college and I was giving you money for food and gas, then maybe I wouldn't say, Oh, I need to see every receipt. But in this case, the mom says, I want to see the receipts. Uh whatever you buy, if I give you some money for food and gas, I need receipts back for food and gas. Which you know what she could do if she was really a wild child, is she could go buy the booze, but then ask her friends for all their food and gas receipts.

Okay. There is always the workaround. Yes, that's well, there you go. No, but I I think you know, there's so many different variables that could be in play. Maybe this is the first, maybe this girl that's heading off to UB up in Buffalo. Um, maybe uh maybe it's a situation that she didn't do a lot of jobs before this. Her mother doesn't really know what it's gonna be like for her, but she does know this. And I'm betting mom knows this. The first oh year or two of college, you know, because uh sometimes you don't get a job immediately. Sometimes that comes a little bit later when you start enhancing your your time wherever you're going to school. But in some cases, it could be, you know, you are laying 100% of your support on your parents, and maybe mom remembers, like, I had my party days, you know, and I want to be able to see. And really, my question was this Is it too demanding for the mom? Is it too controlling to say we want to see all the receipts? Or a majority of the receipts saying, Yeah, you went to the grocery store, you got the food you needed, or you got gas, uh, you know, maybe a little bit of entertainment. You went to a movie.
