We got good news. The sun's on its way today. We're finally moving all that junk out of here uh that we had. Some of you may have had some pretty strong thunderstorms last night. I got some pretty intense rain at a couple points. In fact, there was one point West Elmira, which rarely do you hear was under a flash flood warning. It was like okay.

We were just talking about my neighbors walking to work, one of them walking to Wegmans, another one walked from Wegmans, essentially Wegmans to South Corning, where she worked at one point. And it it just is wild to me that you would do that, especially January, February, March. Oh no. Uh then Chad said, good everyone. Sometimes I miss public transportation. It was way cheaper than paying for two cars and full coverage insurance along with gas.

Yeah, I just don't want to put that into my schedule because I'm always late anyway. So the fact that I'd be anxiety. Yeah, the fact that I would have to rely on even public transportation going down because that happened when I was in New York City last April. Not the not this April with Zach, but the April before when I was with my girlfriend. No, when I was with my dad, when I was with my dad. And the public transportation was down. I'm like, can you imagine if I was trying to go to work right now? Oh god, that'd be happening. How sucky is that?

No, this this doesn't have to do with murder, but you be this is gonna hit the nosy side of Alley in a way you've never even imagined. So Tiffany has a provider that she works with who just recently bought a house. And I forget where they found, they were doing some kind of cleanup or renovations, and they found what looked to be like a book or a diary, if you will. Oh. Okay, so they open up the book, the diary. Uh-huh. This thing. The journal, if you will. The journal. This thing's dated back decades. We're talking like back to the 60s. Nice. It is every detail about every neighbor in the neighborhood all the way back. From when Susie Muckinfuss had her first baby on July 28th, 1963, to uh the Smiths moved out in 19 uh 72, and the Joneses moved in, and they haven't mowed their lawn since. And it had all this commentary and all this information and all this dirt. And some of these people are so long gone from the neighborhood.

I want you to think, if you live, okay, even though Doug goes, house snob Scott, all the houses in my neighborhood are rather large, but you have to realize that only allows me to have five houses around me. There are people. Now there are people that live on a traditional street that have, you know, like me. Yes, like me. So imagine somebody was sitting there and they had Oh, I would do it. The information gathering that was required at uh, you know, and then to go home and write everything out. And now they're questioning the new couple that the the new provider that, you know, bought it. They're like, should we keep it going? Like, what do we do?

Now she just owns her own waxing salon, but she used to work in a salon, and she had so many customers that she would write little notes down in their profile. Okay, that makes sense. Totally smart.
