This almost sounds exactly like a movie where this woman she survived a dramatic escape from a fire when she was up 18 stories. She was trapped. What are you gonna do? Yeah. Jump.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And from that height, there's no way the ankles are gonna hold up.
SPEAKER_00She fell right into a firefighter's arms. Is that not From 18 stories? Yep. Oh my gosh, that would be like a rock hitting you. But she survived. They said maybe it's adrenaline. She escaped with only minor injuries. Now his arms. Yeah, they're busted right off. They're broken. But doesn't that sound such like a movie?
SPEAKER_01I saw a similar story yesterday. I never got to this. It was a little girl that was caught in a fire. You know, similar a couple stories up, the fire, it was uh just regular people had grabbed a blanket. Uh-huh. And you know how on like on Remember on cartoons? Yeah. How somebody would jump and they'd have the big, you know, bouncy thing.
SPEAKER_00It was like a portable trampoline, and the person would, you know, well And all the firefighters would be like walking and they're waiting for somebody to fall from the sky and they're like, over here? No, over here? Over here. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And I I saw that story, and she survived with, you know, virtually no injuries either. That was that was out. Or was that from the earthquake? That might have been from the earthquake. Either way, it was a similar related story to that. But from 18 stories to fall into a that's incredible.
SPEAKER_00A miracle?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that is not something that wow. Yeah. I have a question. Since tomorrow is a lot of people going back to school in Pennsylvania. Teachers, report now, please. Thank you. Yeah. Um who skipped the first day of school? Never. Okay. Uh never. This is what? I got a new outfit to show off. Okay. But hear me out on this. So in Pennsylvania specifically. Well, in other parts of the country. New York's the one that's always late, right? Go figure, right? Uh and uh, you know, we're not back until right after Labor Day. So there's still, you know, even a few weeks of summer up here before school starts. Yeah. Uh but in Pennsylvania you could go in tomorrow, right? Or or the next day. And maybe you're just like, it's gonna be 80 degrees and sunny, and my summer's not over yet. You gotta play this as so do you just because what do you do on the first day of school besides show off your outfit? Get rules. You get yeah, get papers to sign. You know, I I just want to know has anybody ever skipped the first day of school? I know somebody, Gavin has a buddy, and I don't agree with it, but I'm not the parent, so it's not my place to say that you know what they're doing is not wrong. Well, in my opinion, it's wrong, but that's it. If there's a half day of school, yeah, that kid never shows up.
SPEAKER_00Um never shows up.
SPEAKER_01Or because sometimes they'll do like conference days and they'll be like, Well, it's a half day.
SPEAKER_00We're literally there for only two hours.
SPEAKER_01Right. Or the last week of school. And they even encourage it. I remember la you know, at the end of last year, they're like, please make sure your students come, even though they're short days, please make sure they come. We do things to, you know, and and it a lot of it is clean-clean up the desk. Clean up, or they might do something fun so that the kids have some, you know, good memories on the way out. Because let's face it, the learning part was done a week and a half before the short days started, right? Or longer.
SPEAKER_00Now they're just making sure they go.
SPEAKER_01So now on the flip side, I mean, yeah, are you like, hey, this is gonna be sunny and 80? I don't need to be there for the first day. My first day could be after the first day, which would be still be your first day, but it'd be like I'll get the rules tomorrow. Yeah. Anyone do it? And why did you do it? Were you in a situation you're just like, whatever.
SPEAKER_00I can't imagine doing it.
SPEAKER_01No, I couldn't I know. I'm too afraid. Oh, you should have done it though, because think how you'd look on the second day of school, which would be your first day of school, then suddenly you'd have the best outfit. Everybody else has already slid back into jeans and a ripped t-shirt. Oh, right. They're on their second day. What am I doing with a kids?
SPEAKER_00What is that? I was thinking joggers. Okay, that's
