SPEAKER_03Yeah. Thirty five right now. That's uh we're only going to fifty nine today. Sun, but we're not going all I mean we're not nine minutes. I mean we we will be at the sixty-nine and oh my they changed Thursday to seventy now. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Okay, but tell me like Saturday.
SPEAKER_03Oh, hey.
SPEAKER_04If I like maybe I decide to go to a pumpkin patch or sixty seven if you decide.
SPEAKER_03If you can s if you cannot hit a brewery, you'll be in a pumpkin patch. Okay, thank you. Sixty-seven and sunny.
SPEAKER_04I've only drank once in the past like a month and a half.
SPEAKER_03Sound like we need to, you know, book you into the uh 30-day clinic here.
SPEAKER_04But I've only drank once in a month and a half.
SPEAKER_03That's fantastic. Thank you. Zach, on the other hand, is recovering. I'm kidding. He's a different he's his own person. So I'm not gonna lie to you. I love a good, you know, funny prank. I really do. Uh-huh. Um, but this one, I okay, I understand why this kid got booted out of the store. It's a cute, clever prank. Listen to this kid. He's at Marshall's, which, if you've never been in a Marshall's, it's TJ Maxx just relabeled. Yeah. Okay. It's it's they're all the same company. Home goods. It's like TJ Maxx's stepsister. Right. TJ Maxx, Marshall's Home Goods, they're all related. They're all they all grew up together. So, this is what this kid does on the intercom.
SPEAKER_00Attention, all shoppers. The store is now closed. Please make your way to the exit. Thank you for choosing Marshalls today.
unknownExcuse me.
SPEAKER_00Are you guys closed?
SPEAKER_02Don't ever hop on the intercom again. Hop out of the building right now before I call PD.
SPEAKER_01What happened?
SPEAKER_02You just hopped on the intercom. I saw you. Get off your meta glasses, hop out the store.
SPEAKER_01Alright, have a good one.
SPEAKER_02No, no, get out the store. Are you here with the parent? How old are you?
SPEAKER_01Uh, I'm 12.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01Okay. He's right there. Dad. Sorry, they just they got me in trouble for hopping on the intercom. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
SPEAKER_02If I see you in the store again, gonna get arrested.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_04They got me in trouble. You got yourself in trouble. I've never been in a store where this has happened.
SPEAKER_03You've never been there where then this has happened, someone picked up the intercom at Walmart, and you hear No, but I wish I did.
SPEAKER_04I wish I had the cojones to put that phone right up to my butt. I don't want to get kicked out like forever because I'm gonna need that store at some point. I know you are. But dang it, I want to do it so bad. That's awesome. Have you ever been in a store where they they got on the intercom? Go ahead.
SPEAKER_03I was trying to remember this. So I did minor stints, you know, 40 years ago in retail. And uh I'm trying to remember if I've ever been on an intercom. Well, I myself I don't think I did. I mean, if I had to get on an intercom, it would have been like, you know, price check for this. You know, I mean it wouldn't have uh it it would it wouldn't have been this.
SPEAKER_04The difference is, yeah, I've been on an intercom when I worked at JCPenney's. Sure. Can I get a price check on women's panty house? Yeah, that's right. You know, yeah, of course. But anytime we would goof off, it would be after hours, the doors were closed. Well, right, it's just you guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it'd be somebody who'd be just like picking it up and be like, just the two of us. All of a sudden we have intercom karaoke.
SPEAKER_03We know, right? It's so fun. Okay. Has anybody ever been in a store where somebody's gotten on the intercom? I mean, and I'm not talking about Walmart and horse heads where every time you're on the intercom, it's like I'm like, somebody got on and did yeah, somebody got on and did something that technically shouldn't have I mean, it was some random person. And I thought intercoms had a secret code. Uh now that I'm remembering this and I'm going way back in time, I thought we had to like pick it up and push like 669 for it to in you know activate. You couldn't just pick it up and there was an intercom button. I don't know, maybe times have changed.
SPEAKER_04Ours was that way at JCPenney's. It was like pound 12 or maybe pound 10 or something. Right. And we actually have that here.
SPEAKER_03I know the store that I had the intercom a lot. I worked with my buddy Rob for a while. Rob and I kept following each other to job to job. We're like, whatever. Um You gotta work with your best friend. We worked in a like pseudo drugstore. Imagine, I'm trying to think of one here. Gerald's uh no, for you it would have been like Mark's in Cleveland. Help me with something around here like that.
SPEAKER_04Um, um that would have been not even an Eckard. Remember Eckerd?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we don't even have a store like this down here. No, think of a drugstore that's well, I mean, it's more like a higher end Dollar General type thing, I guess. An Ollies. And Ollie's with drugs. Kind of an Ollie's type thing. Yes, but more of that. So I I would remember we'd have to be on the intercom, and there was a code we have to push.
SPEAKER_04So this guy knew somebody in the store who knew the code.
SPEAKER_03Oh, that's brilliant.
SPEAKER_04It is, but I've never been to the store to witness it, and I'm I'm kind of mad. Anybody ever be in a store?
SPEAKER_03Everybody uh while my grammar. Hi, Elmira.
SPEAKER_04Here, here's one. I worked at a factory one time and a guy got on the intercom and they started singing the song Take This Job and Shove It!
SPEAKER_03I love it! That's awesome. All right, anybody else?
