Tuesday, May 6 was a day defined by big strings and strong prices for 8-weight cattle, with 26 sales of 100 head or more across the country. Kimball Livestock (Kimball, S.D.) led the action, posting the largest sale of the day and recording 12 separate strings of 100 head or more, highlighting its continued leadership in volume feeder cattle trade.
