South Dakota Governor's Ag Summit held in Deadwood
By Codi Vallery-Mills Farmers, ranchers, and ag industry affiliates were in the crowd at the recent South Dakota Governor’s Agricultural Summit held June 17-18 in Deadwood, S.D. South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden addressed the crowd and highlighted his Open for Opportunity tour of the state’s industries the last several months. “There are businesses in this state that I didn’t even know about. Our state’s opportunities are as wide as our sweeping prairies,” Rhoden noted.
