At the 2025 South Dakota State Fair By CBW Staff The afternoon of Aug. 30, the Supreme Row Champions were selected in the Open Class Beef Show at the 2025 South Dakota State Fair. Fairgoers gathered together in the DEX to see judges Bill Wilderman, Union Bridge, M.D. and Jirl Buck of Madil, Okla. sort through the individual breed champions. The Supreme Champion Bull was the Hereford from Fawcett’s Elm Creek Ranch, Ree Heights, S.D. along with Hollis Fawcett, Kirk Gilbertson, Rosebud Cattle, Grimmel-Schaake and Jared Werning Cattle while the Supreme Champion Female honors went to the Charolais cow/calf...
