British Whites acclaimed at Iowa farm By Melisa Goss Cattle Business Weekly Of the 94.2 million head of cattle in the U.S., only about 2,500 are British Whites. While the breed is uncommon, there’s a lot to appreciate about them, says Paul Gieselman. Gieseman runs PaSa Farms with his wife Sara in southeastern Iowa. The couple has three sons, August, Benjamin and Capp.  Their diversified operation includes corn, soybeans, hay, aronia berries, chickens and about 35 purebred British White cattle.
