Show Notes

Moving from one form of change to another needs some form of management principles and framework in place in adapting to the new change or evolving from the old to the new in a guided framework. This management can be viewed from the  leadership lens of management.

For the future of work, evolving or changing is inevitable in keeping up or coping with the changes that will be encountered.

In managing this change, leadership is key. For this episode, I will be discussing with Simmone L. Bowe, The Limitless Life Leadership Coach & Strategist International Speaker, Author and Advisor

She is a thought leader in personal and organizational change, transformation and empowerment. I consult in process improvement, culture, and performance, supporting seasoned leaders to improve morale and engagement through trusted, confidential advisory services and senior leadership brand development.

She founded an online empowerment organization called The Limitless You that hosts inner healing retreats, events, and forums like #MenSpeak Conversation Social for men and women to improve their understanding of each other, renew their vision, redesign their life & relationships and reignite their passion for life.

In the past, she was named as a Caribbean Woman to Watch in honor of Women’s History Month 2016.

She has authored 7 books including:

 Help! I Need a Job
 By Design: Principles for Choosing a Career
 The Real Deal: Real World Lessons for High School Graduates and
 My latest release, Me First, A Self Love Guide for The Purposeful Woman.

Through her work, she see’s people take personal responsibility for their lives and actions and get the results they've always wanted and thought they could never attain. "Stuck is a state of mind, not a place of residence." (Did I mention I'm a quote junkie?! I love to write them and read them. They are bursts of inspiration that keep me going.)
