By now you have been hearing about how to reflect on 2022 and set your goals for 2023 from all corners of the social media.
Which is basically: Integrate what we learn, let go of what no longer serves us and open to the new.
So here is a question: Are you someone that starts a new year with set Goals to achieve for that year and then at some point in the year somehow gets deviated and the focus or clarity of your goals are lost as our daily life demands become hectic and overwhelming?
