With early experiences trying and experimenting with new food, Sutee discovered his passion for food and travel, spending his early adult years traveling the world. 

Through experimentation and persistent hard work, Sutee arranged for his job to remain location independent. Sutee spends half the year in Lima, Peru, and continues traveling the rest of the year around the world, all while maintaining his day job as a software engineer.
