A feature length interview with Stevie Dawn Carter who is a professional speaker, coach and shark lover. We talk about her complicated education with a degree as a paralegal, a business degree, a masters in sociology and a PHD in leadership. We talk about her desire to vary her education with new subjects with each level of training. 

Although, she had a varied education, her passion was dancing, and she had a career stopping injury which led her to a dark place. We delve into that emotion and how she managed to recapture her passion for life. 

As I am fascinated with leadership we go deep into the subject. I ask her a few different questions about her understanding of leaders and how they are drivers for change. 

We also talk about the role of humour in business and how it can be powerful and enjoyable. 

We couldn’t stop the conversation without discussing her fascination and love for sharks. Sharks are her spirit animal and enjoyed swimming with them a few years ago. Sharks behaviours are a driving force for her businesses.
