In this episode Flick remembers her beautiful, empowering, hypnobirth with her first child at hospital. She loved her birth and prepared with her husband by attending hypnobirthing classes. She shares about her journey with Poly cycstic ovarian syndrome and how she naturally conceived her son after coming off the pill and seeing a natropath. She also had an out of body experience during her powerful labour at home and a very quick birth in the hospital.
