SUMMARY-
Wells Wentworth was the captain at the local fire station. Everyone knew him as fearless. However, one person was aware of his secret, and it was Emily–his second-in-command’s ten-year-old daughter. She knew that Wells had a crush on her teacher, Mr. Saunders, and was terrified to ask him out on a date. She schemed to invite Wells to talk to her class on career day, confident that if he showed up in his firefighter’s suit, surely sparks would fly between her and her teacher. Her scheme was foolproof. That is unless Wells proves too chicken to speak in front of her hunky teacher.
