Being a Mindfulness practitioner…, and before I open with the quote of this day, I invite you to join me in a mindfulness affirmation… Ready…. First…, take a deep breath with me…. That felt good, right? Now…, repeat after me…, It is Now O’ Clock…. I am… I am here … I am here now… I am open to be inspired.
Now…, let’s take another deep breath.
Of course…, you can affirm your mindfulness and do the breathing exercise on your own or with someone else, and I strongly recommend you do. Make it at least a twice daily routine. But if you also want to do it with me…, let’s do it.
I believe this mindfulness affirmation will help tune your sense of presence…, your mindful sense of presence in the only occasion that matters in your life…Now.

Episode 66
A quote titled: THE CANVAS OF TIME
Our behavior is reflected and, at the same time, displayed on the canvas of Time for the world to see and be terrified, or inspired, unquote.
There is a lot of wrong in the world today. But if it wasn’t for the many, many, good people in the world, we would all be in trouble. I feel safe to assume you are one of the many. But, in my mind, there are two groups of people who make up the many. You are either one of those who go the extra mile to be kind or, you are one of those who simply want to live along, get along and be left alone.
Fortunately, those in this group, and there are many, who from time to time, commit acts of kindness in their own way, and that’s a good thing, right?
I have no quarrel with that. In fact, I applaud them, or you, if you are in this group. That you are kind only now and then is good enough for me. I’ll take kindness no matter the dosage. A gallon of kindness plus a drop of kindness equals a gallon and one drop of kindness. More, however little, is still more.
In life, everything and everyone relate to everything and everyone else. In other words, we are all interconnected. We are all on the same boat, at the same time; the boat called Life and during the only time there is…, now.
Unfortunately, despite this reality, there are those who, fortunately, are in the smallest group. Most in this small group are not necessarily unkind. But when they are being kind, it is because there are strings attached. You know who they are, I do, and I have mixed feelings about it. Nevertheless, I should focus on the beneficiary of the act of kindness and not the benefactor, and think of kindness as kindness, regardless.
Then there are those, and we hear about them in the news, who know right from wrong and, chose wrong. Why? Only they know, or don’t know. But it changes nothing, right? Wrong is wrong, knowingly, or unknowingly
These are the people to whom I ask: Do you care if you make a positive difference in the world…, or not? These are the people, you, me, and the world are terrified by.
But hope lives because of the many, many acts of kindness by the many…, by you who commit acts of kindness that inspire others to honor our connectedness and keep spreading kindness throughout the world.
It’s Now O’ Clock. Time to be mindful that a drop of kindness, is still kindness. Any amount or type is welcomed and appreciated, even if it is a droplet. Thanx.
