Our culture talks a lot more about the presence of God rather than the power of God. Maybe it’s because we’re afraid of being moved beyond our comfort zones. Or maybe it’s because we view ourselves as powerful enough without God, and we don’t have a desperate hunger for Him.
When we are functioning in our own power and strength, we quickly realize that things can be harder than they have to be. Can it be that life without the Holy Spirit isn’t just difficult, but simply impossible?
