This solo cast was not planned, it was rather spontaneous in the way it was made clear that I was meant to share with you the shame I've been processing lately.
The theme of shame has been popping up in conversations and in my work with clients this week so I thought that I needed to process this with you and share some of my journey with shame.
I wanted to really get to the root of this emotion and dive into the many layers and guises that shame takes on. Shame is an emotion and sticking point for most everyone I know. In this episode, I dive into my own shame story and how my history and experience with Christianity seemed to be the catalyst for the belief system of separation and unworthiness I once found myself operating in.
