Mayor Barnett met Sandy in 2017 when she boldly let him know, “I run this town.” Sandy had, in fact, been systematically running down every single street in Rochester Hills. Since then she has set and achieved even more remarkable goals. Sandy is an inspiring example of perseverance, resilience and determination.
