New Construction Soil
Jul 26, 2021 Season 1 Episode 9

Welcome to Episode 9 on New Construction Soil.

Summer heat and humidity have settled in, and our lawns have started to show signs of stress. If you are dealing with new construction soil on top of regular summer stress, you may be experiencing some of the same challenges I am this summer.

We will navigate questions like what do we do when we get a fungus issue? When and how should I repair damaged areas? Should I aerate before top dressing?  Should I add topsoil, compost, or sand to improve soil conditions? What are the pros and cons of sand capping?

Stay tuned to the end for a Q & A segment. If you have specific questions you would like addressed on the show, please contact us at one of the social media outlets listed below.

We can be found @The.Grass.Station.Podcast on Instagram, and @GrassStationPod on Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok for real time interaction with my lawn. If you find this episode helpful please like, comment, share & subscribe.
