SLIDES is an acronym for Some Local Innovators Doing Extraordinary Stuff. As a native of Tampa Bay the show's primary focus is to highlight members of the Tampa Bay community who are doing positive things within the community. We want to hear their stories as we believe that they will serve as a source of inspiration for others. We interview folks in many various professions and industries from music and the arts, to teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs and more! Our motto is Do Something Dope Today!

The King of Spoken Word, who has transcended generations working with the likes of OutKast, Goodie Mob, Nappy Roots to Offset, EARTHGANG and 21 Savage, recently sat down to chop it up with the SLIDES podcast. We discuss everything from his writing process, the origins of the Dungeon Family to being mentioned amongst hip-hop's greatest voices and working with the artists of the new generation.
