Is the U.S. Government Investigating the Redgate Alien? Do the Men in Black Exist?

Mysterious phone calls, SUVs, and odd coincidences, is the Redgate film being investigated by the United States government?  Or is something much deeper happening here.

Also, do the Men in Black exist?  Could they be involved?
