in this interview special from the Local Government News Roundup, Chris Eddy speaks with the President of LGPro, Liana Thompson, about the review of culture in the Victorian local government sector, and to get reaction to the Insights Report that was released in May.

LGPro is the member association for people working in local government in Victoria - it advocates on behalf of its members, provides professional development and networking opportunities, and promotes excellence and professionalism in the sector.

Liana Thompson has been President of LGPro since 2019, and she joins me for a wide ranging discussion about the culture review, its implications for the sector, and about what needs to happen next.
