Since 2010 we have been supporting thousands of veterans, their spouses, and partners with access to purposeful employment. We support our community by promoting a successful transition from the military into a civilian career via education, employment, knowledge, and removing unconscious bias.
We help employers attract, onboard, develop and retain highly skilled individuals from a military talent pool. We are more than a job site promoting vacancies, we consider ourselves pioneers in bringing about change, actively driving inclusivity and forward-thinking hiring with respect to Ex-Military personnel.

Episode 1 - Bridging the Gap between the Military and a Civilian Career with James Lawrence
James founded Ex-MilitaryCareers.com in 2010 having first developed the platform from his own experiences shortly after leaving the military. Today James has 13 years of experience in the finance industry and has accumulated extensive experience of the risks involved in Financial Markets having begun his financial career at ODL Securities (now FXCM) in 2008. James has developed understanding and technical skills in strategic marketing, business economics, operations management, and corporate social responsibility, and has completed his Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) with the CISI and holds an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) with the CFA UK and recently completed an MBA degree at The Business School (formally CASS) in April 2021.
