Breaking the Cycle of Limiting Beliefs with Alain Salas

Hello and welcome back to the next episode of Overcome Yourself, the podcast. As you know, my name is Nicole and I'm very excited to be here today with Dr Allen, and so Dr Allen is going to talk to us about getting through some of our success blocks. So go ahead and take it away, dr Allen. Let us know who you are and who you help.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so my name is Dr Alan Salas and, as you may hear it, you know I've got a tiny accent. I was born and raised in South of France, right, and so I became a chiropractor. I went to America to learn chiropractic and I'm still living there. I really enjoy that country and that gave me that second chance and anyway. So what I do, I help, you know, lay people, coaches and health professional to break the cycle of their limiting belief so they can achieve vibrant health, harmonious relationship and sought after prosperity for themselves and others that is wonderful say that again.
Speaker 2:I'm sorry. I said, that's basically it.
Speaker 1:That is fantastic. So tell us a little bit about your journey, because you do like you mentioned. You were born in France and you've gone through a few transitions, I guess. So can you tell us a little bit about that story and how you've overcome yourself to get to where you are?
Speaker 2:sure. So I used to live on a sailing boat in south of France and my business was to rent boat, right. So I did that for six, seven years and six years after doing that. So imagine, you know, I was like working seven months a year and the rest of the time I was traveling right, either with my boat or either, you know, going to. I was a chaser, right. I didn't see snow for the almost a decade, right and so.
Speaker 2:And one day the calling and I saw myself over. So I didn't know, didn't know what to do, because nobody from my family or my acquaintance was familiar with health, right, no MDs, no nursing, no, nothing. So I started to talk to my clients and one of my clients said you know what, alan, there's a guy that is coming, he's a Chinese doctor, he's going to come over for the weekend. Maybe you should talk to him. I said, heck, yes, I'm going to talk to him, right. And so I did talk to him and he gave me three books to read, right, he told me you read those books you come after when the summer season is over, you know, I'll give you a treatment and we'll talk. And the first book was um the dao taking, which is like a philosophy called book of a chinese book, right. The other one was called the Hara H-A-R-A, which is more about like it's a Japanese book. It's more about like it means the belly, when Japanese people, traditionally they kill themselves, they go to their center of gravity, which is the Hara, right, the Dan Tian, and they will use a knife and kill themselves, right? And so it's a way of behaving. If you want a posture that you have to use. And there was the final book was about like the man between the earth and sky, right. So I read all those books, went to see him and finally we talked, and I asked him, of course, about Chinese medicine, and he told me well, you know, if you really want to know what you're doing, you need to do like me go to China, learn Chinese, spend 10 years in China.
Speaker 2:I mean, I was 30 years old, nicole, I was 30 years old at that time. I thought to myself well, you know what I want to practice one day. And he looked at me and he said well, you know why? Not chiropractic, you look strong. And I said, what's this? And so, basically, um, he gave me, like, some contact. I got the information got the, the information translated by my one of my best friends. She's she's an english teacher, right, that's how my english was, and anyway.
Speaker 2:So I end up, you know, selling my boat, my boat business, and end up, you know, studying chiropractic in kansas city. Misery, right, I graduated three years later. Meanwhile, I got married to a french woman that I met in a bar in kansas city, and years later we had a daughter. So when I was doing, uh, chiropractic, you know, okay, what attracted me with chiropractic is what we call the innate intelligence, your own ability to heal yourself. It's almost like your own ability to use your superpower, right, it can be for healing, it can be for transformation and it can be for growth, right? And so that was very intriguing to me and I started to, you know, practice chiropractic and all that. But you know, I was a little bit disappointed, to tell you the truth, because I didn't. I really wanted the transformation. I wanted, you know, to help people to have a big change in their lives. And so what happened? You know, people will get better and after they will reach a plateau and basically they will have to come back to maintain that plateau, right? So I knew there was more right. So I decided to, um, to focus more on the inflammation of the body, right, inflammation is like the chemical stress in the body, right, it's like checking people organs. I used to do muscle testing, right, so like that they don't have to spend a ton of money on on testing and all that, right on blood test or DNA tests, right? So we were doing that and I got pretty successful, right.
Speaker 2:As far as business, so I had four employees, you know, I was seeing 250 patients a week, so that was a lot, and so I was so focused, you know, all the time, and in my head it was only about work, work, work all the time. I just couldn't disconnect, if you want. And so, of course, when I was coming home, I was there, but I was not present, right, and so, well, I started to get depressed also, and my marriage went down the drain, right. And so within a year, nicole, I end up basically living in my office. You know, I thought it was like, oh, only six months.
Speaker 2:I end up spending three years in this office, which, don't get me wrong, I had a treatment room, I mean, it was, it was not bad, but still I end up, uh, so, uh, divorcing, right, and I had the daughter. So divorce with a kid it's a different story, right, but when you don't have any kids? So that was number one. Number two, of course, because my clarity was gone, my focus was gone, I was depressed. So, because of that problem, relationship right. And so what happened, you know, my business went from thriving to failing. I ended up by myself in this big office and on top of that, like what I I can say now, the cherry on the cake and a big diner with, uh, early stage of colon cancer. So here's the thing that I tried to avoid for my patient and I was doing my own program, right, and I ended up, you know, getting like the number two killer in this country, isn't it crazy?
Speaker 1:yes, that so like insane. My stepmom died of that, so, um, you know that's crazy, but tell us then what happened after that. How did?
Speaker 2:you get to where you are now. What happened after that? I just wanted to find out you, first of all, I never been, um, I I've never been like a victim. I never felt like a victim because my dad showed me what a victim will do to yourself. My dad was a very negative person and he was very controlling, and so he got sick and never got back. He got on disability at 40 years old.
Speaker 2:And when you're a negative person and controlling like that, it affects, of course, the other people around you, but it affects more yourself, because all your cell of your body, all your energy, become negative, right, so that's not healthy, right, and so, um, so, and and the victim mode. It's like when I remember when people will call him, they will say, oh, jean, are you doing blah, blah, blah. But they will ask about his condition, so he will get. Imagine that when you're in a victim mode like this, you identify yourself with a disease, you become the disease. So if you're not sick, you don't get the love and the attention. So you caught up in that loop, right, and that you know people are calling me. That's nice, you know. And that you know you calling me. Uh, that's nice, you know, and that you know you cannot get out.
Speaker 2:He was never able to get out of it, so he showed me what not to do, which is I'm so thankful for that. So I always knew, instead of being a victim, I was more in the creator mode. I always knew that what I will have to learn from that experience will translate into into my, my patient and the people that I love and be able to transform myself, because I knew deep inside that was coming from a part of me, right. What is the force behind me sabotaging my health, sabotaging my relationship and sabotaging my prosperity? So I went on a race to find out and, sure enough, it took me three to uh to really refine the man clearing.
Speaker 1:Pretty pleased with what we can do now yes, and so tell me about the blocks you were mentioning that you focus on. I think it was four areas, it was it so, so tell me about that.
Speaker 2:So what happened? You know, I found there's a mind-body connection, right, I was doing in the past in my practice I was doing only the chemical stress, the inflammation, right? And so here's the thing. Things are very simple, right, we make it way too complicated. Rule number one for everybody, it's true, everybody. Right. If you've got a problem to resolve, your you don't have any more problem and you moved on. Right, you need to think. Number one, to find out what's causing the problem, right, if you don't know what's causing the problem, how can you fix it? No way, right. And number two, you need to know how to fix it. If you know what's causing the problem, how to fix it, there's no more problem. You can move on. Right, that seems so simple that when you look at the pharmaceutical industry, they don't solve any problem because they don't find out what's the cause of the problem. The cause of your health problem has never been a lack of drugs, right?
Speaker 1:So they treat the symptoms.
Speaker 2:I know it sounds crazy when I'm saying that, but that's really what's happening, right? So the venous in now is very good for emergency room, right? So you know, the medicine now is very good for emergency room, right, if I break a bone, hey, you know what? I want? A good surgeon, the anesthesia, right, and I want the painkiller, no doubt about that For long-term pain and stress, nicole, they are the number three killer in this country.
Speaker 2:Right, it's medical errors and side effects of a drug, and those are the stats for the American Medical Association. So it's probably even worse when it is right. So I started to see okay, nicole, if you're, if you, if you come to my office now, right, I will say, okay, I see you with somebody who's got potentially physical stress, chemical stress and emotional and mental stress. Right, right, this is it. That's a holistic way to approach, right, I call that the natural healing, right, if you want. And so what I did for the physical stress? I found out like oh, you know what? We, as a chiropractor, we treat only 20% of the nervous system. Why not treating 100% of the nervous system? Right, so I become a cranial specialist, right, to be able to have a central nervous system right, and I created my own energy technique, right and after, for the chemical stress. I knew how to find out what was wrong right, but to fix it. There's always room for improvement for everything that we do right. And so I found out that if you supercharge the body with oxygen, miracle happens. All the bugs you know, all the infectious agents, will die because they fry in alkaline condition, and you don't have to be on an alkaline diet that will cost you a fortune a month and also, good luck, you're not going to last long on it. It's very demanding. So I created some mixture, very cheap stuff, that you can, you know, monitor with a pH strip and you can find out your oxygen.
Speaker 2:By the way, the cancer, like you were mentioning your mom, that's one of the ways that I heal my cancer, because if you want oxygen, it's the equivalent of a son for a vampire that will kill whose cancer cell Another three. I say, okay, now what are we going to do for the emotional and mental? So I started to learn some technique that you know I was. You know I had some result, obviously, but I will tell you. Okay, this is that negative emotion that is interfering with your pain, for example, and so we need to remove that.
Speaker 2:But still, I knew there was something better, nicole, I just knew it, you know, my intuition was like on board with that, and so what I figured out? I said what, if we can use our mind, you know, with our full mind? Because what I discovered, it's like we live in two worlds at the same time. What do I mean by that? There's what we call the inner world and the outer world, and the outer world is what we call the conscious mind. So it's basically your self identity, right, your personality, who you think you are, all what you're aware of, like your thought, your emotion I'm sorry your behavior and your action, right, right, and so that's the conscious mind, right, and the inner world it's called the unconscious.
Speaker 2:But I like to keep it simple and call, call that the subconscious mind. And the subconscious mind record everything you have been doing in your life, nicole. Every single thing is recorded there all your skill as a, as a, maybe, mom, or as a human being, right, and as a um, as a podcast. I record, I store there, right, all the things that happen automatically in your body, like your heart rate, your breathing and so many functions right there, the data and the information is, it's stored there. And when I start to dig a little bit deeper, when I realize that, so that's what you know, people, that's what is like a mind-blowing things, what I'm gonna say, right, because we think we are self-identity. Well, five or ten percent, that's your conscious mind. Five or ten percent of your mind is your conscious mind. 90 depends, depends who you're reading. 90 to 95% of your mind is your subconscious mind. So, in order to heal yourself, transform yourself and grow, we focus only on 5 or 10% of your mind.
Speaker 1:I mean something has to be done right.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I mean, good luck, right. That's what so many people struggle, right? And so I say what if we can bring that subconscious mind to the party? Right? What if we can use 90% to 95% of our mind power and brain power in order to heal, transform and grow? Right, I mean, that sounds like a no-brainer, right? So now I have to identify how the subconscious mind work, right, because the subconscious mind remember, store data. Just to give you an idea how powerful it is, the conscious mind can process data at 11 bit per second. The subconscious mind process data at 11 million bit per second, so it's one million times more powerful, right?
Speaker 2:And so I say how do I was thinking, how do the subconscious mind communicate with us Dreams? Right, when you remember a dream, what do you remember of a dream, nicole? There's always a picture associated with it, or a serial picture. And if anybody tells me oh, I remember the dream, I remember only the smell of a dream, that's not just possible. So that's how the subconscious mind process data. That that's why you can store data so quickly. Because there's all the symbolism, right, that's why you've got so many books about dream interpretation, because what there is in that picture, you remember that movie. You remember there's some archetype like carl jung you know describing so well. There's different things that you cannot even describe with words, because it's in the collective memory, it's the collective, what we call the collective consciousness, so it's so much more powerful.
Speaker 2:You know, here's a problem that I see in my field. Right, they say, in order to find your limiting belief we're going to talk about that you need to do, oh, you need to journal, you need to feel that. So you basically what you do, you're using 5% or 10% of your mind to crack the code of 90% or 95% of your mind. You think it's going to work. Well, it's going to take lots of repetition, lots of time and lots of prayer. I guarantee you that. So that's a problem, you know.
Speaker 2:And when I tell people that, hey, this program because you do a program in the subconscious mind, right, especially like around age zero to six or eight, depends who you're reading, right, we are like sponges, we're kids. We think that everything that is from the outside world is truth, right? So we make assumption, right, and with repetition those assumptions become program and you can have good program or bad program, right. So the good program, the ones that are serving you are called empowering belief, right, they are empowering you. One that are serving you are called empowering belief, right, they are empowering you, they are good, they are serving you, right, it's like your mind working for you, not against you, right? And so the other one they are called limiting belief, because whose program we are serving you at one point, right, like fear can be helpful at one point, but after you know it doesn't serve you anymore.
Speaker 2:So those are called limiting belief and those are the ones, like you say, that block you, that hold you back. You know that can prevent you to do things that you want, to achieve your goal and your full potential. Right, it's kind of like your past can be working against you and what I can say for sure is like your past is dictating your present and molding your future, right? So what if we can change that past? What if we can, you know, delete who's who's? Limiting belief? And the way I see it, it's like your mind.
Speaker 2:We can make the analogy with a computer, nicole. So let's pretend the brain is the hard drive, because we make a big deal about the brain, but it's just an interface. Your thoughts are not in your brain. No, no way. So that's the hard drive, right. And after your software, it's the subconscious mind, right. And the output of the software is your conscious mind and your behavior is reflected on the screen of life, right, your screen. So what happens if you do have a poor quality of software, right, all right. If it's too too many limiting belief, well, you're not gonna like your screen of life, right? You just say, oh man, life is hard, you know it's not enjoyable, right? But if you do have a good quality of software, you say, oh man, that's fun, you know, yeah, but you know that's pretty cool.
Speaker 1:Imagine a Gen Zer on a Windows 97 computer. They wouldn't know what to do with themselves. That's what it made me think of, what you were just saying. I'm sorry. Okay, go ahead.
Speaker 2:No, no, no, no problem, and so okay. So we need to figure out a way. So when you've got a computer right, when you've got a program that is not serving you anymore, what are you going to do? You're going to delete it and you're going to replace it with the one that serves you better, right, like that in your screen. You're gonna get the outcome that you want, right. So here's the thing. Remember that you know the subconscious mind works with visualization. So this mind clearing, that's the name that I gave to that here. So you've got three program.
Speaker 2:I describe that because it can do so many things. When you realize that the subconscious belief are at the source of your pain, your symptoms and and your goal and your success, it's like you cover everything. And that's that's what it's like, so important to me, right and dear to my heart, and that's why I want to really teach people about that. And so the first thing we've got the mind clearing basic. The second thing is called the body clearing, like we get get rid of pain, symptom and inflammation, right. And the third thing and maybe we'll talk more about that, dive into that it's called the goal and success clearing right. And so basically, let's see, I use pain a lot because that's how I did monitor my progress with that technique, right when I was creating that. So I will get some insight and try it on patients. I mean that's the way it that. So I will get some insight and try it on patients. I mean that's the way it works. So let's see, nicole, maybe, okay, you've got low back pain. Let's pretend you've got low back pain. You have heard about me and you say, okay, well, I've heard that Dr Salas maybe can help. I had that for a decade. So I will tell you basically, practically, I will say, okay, nicole, what you need to do is just to visualize your worst low back pain that you ever experienced and you have to be in that picture, right, so you will visualize that.
Speaker 2:Right, and after, you know, we create like a program. I mean the program is there but we customize to you and you will send that program to that picture. Right, no-transcript, represent your limiting belief. That's why we don't need to identify what they are. The picture is worth a thousand words, right, but the picture is what represents your limiting belief, right, and after number two, step number two, remember, we want to download, you know, empowering belief instead, right. And so I will ask you now visualize the opposite of that picture, right? And so make sure that you love that picture right. The more you love it, the better, because those are empowering beliefs. And we'll download a specific program I give you and you will download it.
Speaker 2:Right and after. We want to create, we want to make sure that it manifests in your life, because otherwise it's only a fantasy. That's what I call. They call that the law of attraction. Right? So you delete the program, you download another one. That's why you stop that law of attraction, the law of manifestation. You want to make sure that you see that happening in your life.
Speaker 2:Right, and after one visit you know, I would say 70 to 80% of the people after one visit the pen is gone. And if the pen comes back, I call that resistance of healing. For example, you said, oh, you know what? I was sitting on my computer and my low back came back. I said, okay, write it down the circumstances, right, I get into my car. It happened again. So we write it down and we do the same process, but with specific circumstances, right. And after we're done, usually it takes one or two visits, the most people that I did for um.
Speaker 2:I remember she had a knee replacement, both knee replacement, shoulder and shoulder pain. It took five visits to clear all that. But she put a lot of limiting, lots of mental stuff on that right and and so the the good news also when you treat a limiting belief, you can treat that for pain, but of course it's going to impact your entire mind. So it's going to help not only your health but it's going to help your relationship and also it's going to help your prosperity. So that's why it's what I love that. It's like how fast it goes. But the most important things that I love the most, it's like you are using 95% of your mind that you were not using before. You are empowering yourself to heal yourself, and when you can empower people to heal themselves, I call that the holy grail of healing. There's no better things than that for sure.
Speaker 1:I love that. I love that so much. And you mentioned clearing for success. Can you talk to us a little bit about that?
Speaker 2:yeah. So, um, why? You know, we, we do like goal setting, for example. Right, let's take that example. So what we use again, we use five or ten percent of our mind. Why don't we bring, you know, the subconscious mind to the party? So I call that the quantum loop, right? And so what happens is like what do you do? Give me a goal. Give me an example of a goal for an entrepreneur that will have a goal. What will it be? Give me one.
Speaker 1:Well, usually the first big goal of entrepreneurs is to get to their first hundred grand year.
Speaker 2:So let's use that. Okay, hundred thousand, six figure, right. Yeah, so you want six figure, right. So you are. You are there, point a. You want to reach point b, which is six figure, right.
Speaker 2:So we always have a preconceived idea how to do it right. Either you follow somebody who just will give you, you know, the, the funnel you towards that, you start something. So what I will do is first we clear the goal, right. We want to make sure that there's limiting belief in between, right. We want to make sure we clear that right. So we visualize, for example, you or somebody else failing right. And after you visualize your ideal outcome.
Speaker 2:So we do the man clearing on that. That's step number one. After what you want to do, you want to take one step to the process, right, one step, a step that you can monitor within a week or two, max. Right. And so when you take that step maybe let's say it's to call people, right, you want to call 10 people and you take the step at the end of a step. Well, you know only two people answer right, and one was really to help you, for example. Right. So of course you kind of disappointed right. So that's a resistance. Remember, like you, when you are going in your car, and the low back pain came, came back right. So that's a resistance towards transformation and growth, right? So what we do? We clear that.
Speaker 2:Whatever you didn't lack when you took, when you take the first step, we're going to clear it. So what happened is like, let's pretend, the knowledge that you need in order to achieve the six figure is way up right, and where you are at, it's much lower, lower, right. So each time you're going to take a step and we're going to do mind clearing, we're going to raise your vibration, you, you, you're going to go more towards that things that you want to reach right, that you want to actually resonate with. So, along the way, you're going to have more your consciousness going to rise, and it's a big world just to say that. You're gonna have more clarity and more focus. Right, and if you got more clarity and more focus now, you may even course correct, you know, uh, you may, you may course correct what you want to do. Right, because you say, oh, and maybe some, because your consciousness is higher, your vibration is higher. Now you can have different access to different knowledge.
Speaker 2:I'm going to tell you something, nicole, when first I started to do the man clearing. You know, I didn't have all that philosophy. I'm going to say, heck, I'm going to explain that to people. Right, I knew how to help people, you know, I mean partially and after very, very well, in three years. But I didn't know and and from that I just put it out there, right, and I treat myself and I lived it. I know, I understand. And after I was resonated with the knowledge that, oh, okay, that makes sense, right, and so I integrate that and I create almost an entire philosophy with that. So, trust me, that's how it works. You know and you see what I mean.
Speaker 1:Yes, absolutely of course. And you know I see what I mean. Yes, absolutely of course. And, um, you know, I tell people sometimes like I remember praying for these things. I remember praying to connect with people like you, right, to all the amazing people that I connect with now on my podcast, um, and, and I remember, when I wasn't at that vibration because I was not attracting, you know, like world minded people, we all have been there. Yes, yes, yes, yes. But then it's like, how do you, you know, how do you get from there to here? And that's exactly what you're talking about. And it's about, you know, uncovering those things that we might not even be aware of, those scripts that we're running under like the unconscious, bringing that to the forefront right and stepping into who we want to be. It's not about doing, it's about being.
Speaker 2:I love that. I love that so much. I understand that. But still, also, first you have to be being if I can say that, but you have to do it you have to manifest. Because, if I can say that, but you have to do it, you have to manifest, because that's how you're going to get the experience right. You see what I mean. So, um, yeah, you've got all those program running all the time.
Speaker 2:You know I can expand on on this program if you want, or maybe we're running out of time, but let me explain something because it can be so abstract for people. You know limiting belief and it and it's not. I found out that limiting belief actually interferes with pain, symptoms, with everything, but especially when it's long term right, because after you just get programmed in your mind oh I cannot get rid of that pain, and blah, blah, blah. But again, it's not your fault. I want to insist that it's not your fault and let me illustrate with an example. Let's pretend there's a little girl that see her dad as an alcoholic, coming back home every night drunk and beat up the mom. What do you think that little girl when she grows up, what kind of relationship or romantic relationship she's going to attract? What do you?
Speaker 1:think Well, just like the one she's used to An abusive relationship.
Speaker 2:But yet, if you ask her, you say, hey, do you enjoy to get beat up like your mom? She's going to say, heck, no. So the conscious mind will say one thing and the subconscious mind has been programmed and will override whatever willpower you may have. You see what I mean. And so what is the program in the subconscious mind? Well, that's it. Men are predator and women are prey.
Speaker 2:Now there's a second question that comes up how she's going to meet that guy, why she's going to shake his hand and say, hey, you want to beat me up? Of course it's not going to happen that way. So here's what I think. I think that our subconscious mind are connected. You see, that's why we say we're all one, and it doesn't mean that we have to love everybody, right, that's not what I meant. So so we are connected. And the subconscious man gonna say this guy yeah, it's like the subconscious mind of that girl's gonna read the subconscious mind of that guy. And that guy was probably a bully, bullied, and now he becomes a bully, right, and so they're gonna start that dance, they're gonna pair up and they're gonna start that dance together and there's to pair up and they're going to start that dance together and there's many three different case scenarios that may happen. Case scenario number one you know what. They may get married and stay together, you know, and she's going to be stick and blocked you know who's blocked but so powerful that she's going to be stuck in that relationship forever. Well, we all know people like this right. Case scenario number two well, she will say oh no, I'm done with this man, get another man. Maybe she has kids along the way.
Speaker 2:Lots of suffering. And there's two things I've heard from this woman. The first thing she said well, I'm done with men, it's over, they're not good for me. I understand that I'm done with them, right. So it's a partial healing, meaning that at least she's got the awareness that you know that's not good, right, and that true healing will be because of course you can heal from your health experiences, of course you can transform yourself through your life practice, of course you can grow through your life experiences. They take so much time, you know, and some suffering and things like that. So what will happen? If she's healed right, she will attract somebody that's totally the opposite, somebody that is like nurturing to her, respected her, you know, kind to her and see her as an equal right. And the case number three of course you can come and see somebody that maybe does hypnotherapy right, or somebody like me that does mind clearing and we can clear that. So imagine all the time that you're saving all the suffering and all that you know, and anyway.
Speaker 1:Yes, it's about becoming. You're stepping into that person that you want to be able to just be, so it's about becoming. Yes, I love that. So before we sign off here, Dr Allen, can you let me know how can we stay in touch with?

Speaker 1:It's not about having a superpower, because your superpower like in my opinion, is probably what everybody told you was a weakness, like I always got told. I talk too much. That's my superpower, but I had to learn to use it for good. Right, I had to learn how to direct it, because I could talk your ear off and, like one of the things I talk about in my book, if you're watching, you know, like a lot of reality television and you read gossip magazines and your gift is to talk you're going to talk about people because that's what you're always looking at, that's what you're thinking about, and so that I think it plays into those subconscious scripts where you learn.
Speaker 1:Well, you know what I do have the gift of gab. I do talk a lot, so I need to direct that talk to do something good and make sure that I'm lifting people up instead of putting people down, um, and so I think that that goes exactly with what you're talking about. It's those underlying scripts, right, because the things that we have in that subconscious mind, like there's clues that are going to slip out in the, in the, in the way we talk, in the way we do certain things, in the way we react, in the way we approach things, because, like you said, we're running on those scripts. So I think this is just so powerful. And so, last tip, what's like your biggest takeaway? Like? What's like your biggest you?
Speaker 2:know the, the tip that you give your clients that gives them the biggest aha moment. Well, I will say, I don't know if I give that to my clients, but in general, well, you already have your subconscious mind communicating with you and so your intuition, intuition is the wisdom of your subconscious mind. So please, you know, try to have faith, uh, your intuition. Intuition is the wisdom of your, of your subconscious mind. So please, you know, try to have faith in your intuition. I I used to tell my patient if I've got a problem and, via my analytical mind, will tell me. Even before I knew mind clearing, I study all that and even before I had that big practice, I will say I will always trust my intuition, first, that my uh by my analytical mind. Right, because I mean we can talk about and express more, but that's really the what I will, I will say, trust your intuition, and if you don't trust it right away, just ask for some confirmation yes.
Speaker 1:well, we do have to learn to listen to that intuition. Especially us that had a lot of stuff happen to us is learning to hear that voice and be like is this intuition or is this the one that's trying to keep me safe and learning to differentiate? And one book that really really helped me to understand that concept Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. If you have not read it, that is such a fantastic book and it's talking about the power of thinking without thinking, and so that's my tip for you guys is, if you're learning to really understand intuition and things, that's a great place to start that book. Yes, go ahead.
Speaker 2:Like the intuition. What's the difference? The intuition you feel peaceful, right. You think it's like. What is intuition? You know that. You know right, fear will be more obviously. You know negative by nature, right, and you've got it's more like a panic or something like that. You know that you have to do so the way to distinguish between those impulses whose fear and intuition intuition is like there's a serenity that come with it, like there's that knowledge that you know there's not even a doubt, right. And if there's some doubt, because you know your conscious mind, you know play with it and maybe there's some subconscious programming. Again, as for as for some validation or something like that, but it should feel you should be happy.
