Standing Between The Living and The Dead (East Asia)

In Numbers 16, Israel faced God’s judgment for their rebellion—a deadly plague had begun, and 14,700 people died. God had to deal with their sin, but He raised up Moses and Aaron—faithful intercessors—to stand in the gap. Aaron, the high priest, ran straight into danger, “standing between the living and the dead,” and the plague stopped.
