Let us start by saying that this is the perfect episode for someone that feels like they are lacking motivation and clarity in both a physical sense, and in life more broadly!

In this week's episode we had the honor of talking with Ethan Flemming, one crazy and inspiring individual. Ethan Flemming is a content creator, educator, entrepreneur and also the holder of multiple Guinness World Records - an overachiever we know!

He has completed some of the most insane physically challenges over the past couple years, these include pulling 2t jeep 100km (taking him 48 hours with only 20 minutes of sleep), greatest distance on an assault bike, most burpees in 24 hours 11,401 and much much more.

We literally start fighting demons on a 1-minute wall sit, so we took ALOT away from this episode personally!
