Beyond The Dawn of Business - Empowering Entrepreneurs

Don't be Shamed by Your Sense of Injustice

Dawn Baxter

Lovelies, let’s talk about something close to my heart: the intense sense of injustice that many neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, often carry. It’s like having a moral compass that’s permanently set to “fairness,” and when that’s ignored or violated, it feels impossible to let go.

But here’s the real kicker: standing up for what’s right? It’s not always easy or consequence-free. Even so, I firmly believe it’s worth it. Fairness and justice aren’t just ideas to me, they’re non-negotiables.

That said, being wired to care so deeply about injustice can take its toll, especially if you’re pouring your energy into battles that feel never-ending. That’s why I also talked about learning to detach emotionally, not in a way that makes you stop caring, but in a way that keeps your mental health intact. It’s a delicate balance, but one worth striving for.

If you’ve ever found yourself raging against unfairness, whether in the world around you or in your own life, you’ll want to hear this one. We’re diving into how to keep that fire for justice alive while protecting your peace and energy.

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this one, drop me a message or let me know your own experiences.
