Mike takes us through a tremendous career as a SOF warrior - starting as a junior enlisted sled dog and ending his career as a Lt Col, DO, Commander and respected leader in the Air Force Special Tactics community. Early 9/11 deployments, the massive loss of teammates, and wear and tear led to near catastrophe and an addiction to alcohol. In part I, we explore his tremendous career, humorous pipeline stories, and hint at his pain and suffering...but his road into a personal hell and his ride out of it into recovery will have to wait until part II!
