30 Learning How To Quit
You can text us here with any comments, questions, or thoughts!
I don’t know about y’all but I never learned how to quit anything in academic medicine. And yet, unless you have some kind of 100% perfect “No” response from the minute you started on faculty, you likely have at least 1 thing on your plate that just needs to go. Knowing it needs to go doesn’t mean you are any closer to quitting – because that’s just not what we do.
It’s not about not knowing what to write in the email, we have to go deeper.
In this episode, I talk about the consequences of not learning how to let go, how to quit, when really need to, and walk you through 4 steps to let something go today.
