And the Winner Should Have Been...

Show Notes

Back at it again after it turns out Bob is too lazy to record and upload a podcast solo. Also, he just doesn't like the idea of talking to himself for an hour. After seeing what can happen to folks who have odd quirks like that in one of the films discussed in the episode, can you really blame him?

This week we consider the 49th Academy Awards Best Picture nominees.  The winner from among the films of 1975 was One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. But should it have won?

No. It should not have. Join us as we talk about why and what should have won instead.

Show Notes

It Happened One Night made it's sweep of the big categories 41 years earlier in 1935, not '36 or '37. (Bob is pretty pleased he was only off by a year or so, however.)

Wolf Kahler and Pat Roach were the pair from Barry Lyndon who also appeared in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
