Relax My Mind
Mental health Venice #21 April 22
Michele LeMay 0:03
Hi, and welcome to another edition of "Relax. My Mind". I'm Michelle LeMay. And I'm here with Venice Sullivan. Venice is the director of the Fair Oaks Cereset. We're so glad you tuned in with us today because we have an absolutely fascinating program prepared for you today. So Venice, how are you doing?
Venice Sullivan 0:21
I'm enjoying the day and how awesome it is. And happy to be here. How are you?
Michele 0:25
I'm doing awesome as well. So let's get right into Cereset. What is Cereset? How did it get its name?
Venice 0:35
Cereset is actually a combination of cerebrum or brain and reset, so we're actually resetting the brain. And we're doing that by using nothing but your own brainwaves. So we have the process of you come in, you're in a relaxing chair. We put sensors on your head, pick up your brainwaves, convert them to sound and play them back to you. And your brain as it hears itself starts changing and healing itself. So it's not from the outside in, it's literally your brain healing itself from the inside out.
Michele 1:11
Oh, that's interesting. So we're gonna be talking about a pretty big topic today. And that's mental health.
Venice 1:19
Mental health is a big topic. And I think it gets a stigma just the whole word of mental health. It's like, Oh, my God, I have a mental health issue. Well, we have to think about health in general. So in my world, one of the biggest problems is, we have so many specialties, that we stop looking at the whole. So if I'm looking at health, there is physical health, how my body functions in space, do I have a broken arm? Do I have an atrophied muscle? You know, all of those kinds of things, my emotional health, am in a happy relationship? Am I in a horrible job that affects my emotional health? What is my spiritual health? What is my connection to something bigger than myself? What is my mental health? This is all part of the whole, we can't treat or work with just one piece of us, we have to look at our whole. So mental health to me is, there's the stigmas of depression, oh, my god, somebody's depressed. Well, yes, that is horrible. But everything's also layers, the layers of those depressions, the layers of my happiness, the layers of my joy, those are mental health, we think of mental health, always negatively, we need to think about mental health in a positive way as well.
Michele 2:45
That is a very good point. So if you feel like you have some challenges with your mental health, and I'm not saying in a negative way, then this is a great opportunity for you to see if Cereset is something that can help you. And there's a no obligation way to do that, all you need to do is pick up your cell phone, dial, pound 250. And when you're prompted, say "Relax, My Mind" that will get you an auto dial text message. And that text message, we'll have information on how to schedule an introduction to Cereset. Now normally, it's valued at $149. But because you're listening, you're gonna get that for free. So just pick up your cell phone, and dial pound 250 and say, "Relax, My Mind" to get that process going. So again, I'm Michelle LeMay. And we are talking with Venice Sullivan, who is the director of the Fair Oaks Cereset. So let's talk a little bit more about what is the difference between you and other mental health options.
Venice 3:51
So there's a couple of differences, Michelle, one is that most mental health options are you know, we can talk about our problem. We're trying to control whatever is going on. But the problem is still there. One of the biggest differences that I love about Cereset is we're not trying to control anything. We're literally letting your brain heal itself. So the problem no longer exists. Someone who has had, say has PTSD, okay? When they're in a situation that triggers that PTSD, they have automatic responses, and they spend their life trying to control those responses. With Cereset We're taking the problem of controlling that out and letting your brain heal so it no longer triggers. So this happened to me the other day is something that would normally trigger me was a program on TV, and I would normally whenever something like that came on I would walk out of the room, I watched the program, I didn't have a response. I didn't have a nightmare later. And it was a huge sense of freedom. And for me, that's what Cereset provides is a sense of freedom of living our life.
Michele 5:17
Wow. So I'm assuming that you have also received Cereset sessions before,
Venice 5:23
I won't work with clients with anything I do without having used the process myself to test it out to make sure I feel good about referring it to someone else. So yes, I have and I've had huge results from it, and huge changes in my life that my family, friends and businesses, you know, benefit of.
Michele 5:42
So the last couple of years have affected all of our mental health.
Venice 5:48
Absolutely. And before I go there, I just want to say one more quick thing. One other difference about us is, we've had people come in that because of the mental health stigma. I can't go talk to anybody because I can't have this in my record, I, you know, if my employer should find out, if my spouse should find out, I might lose my job, I might lose my child, I might, whatever negative effect. Number one, no one has access to our records. No one! That is important. Even our home office does not have access to your name and your records. It's all done by number. So we've had clients come in that have been in major situations, and they you know, are still not feeling safe. So they give us a fake name. I know it's a fake name. They've told me it's a fake name. We don't care, because all it's important to us is helping them have a better life. So that's number one that I want people to understand is you are totally safe, secure, and incognito coming into our office.
Michele 6:55
Oh, that is just relaxing to people's minds right there. Yes, absolutely.
Venice 7:01
So then getting back to all the drama, trauma, tragedies of the last couple of years. So many different levels in so many different things have happened, you know, the illnesses, just all the different things, and whether we're the first responder on a scene, that that's number one, you know, oh, my God, that has a huge effect on that person.
Michele 7:29
Sure.
Venice 7:30
Whether we're the family member, friend, whatever, of a victim of a circumstance, whether we're the reporter on scene,
Michele 7:40
Oh, yeah.
Venice 7:40
You know, or whether we're the ones at home watching it 24/7, because we get so involved in it. Number one, if you're that person, turn it off.
Michele 7:50
Yes, yes,
Venice 7:51
You only need to see it once, please. But you know, for each of us, these different events cause exacerbated issues on traumas or issues we've previously had. And so it just becomes a layering effect, it starts affecting our health. Going back to mental, physical, spiritual, emotional health, we have to look at all of it, when we're when we have anxiety that affects everything. When we have depression, that affects everything, when we are always waiting to be triggered, that affects everything, when we're having to suppress our feelings, that affects everything. So one of the things and how Cereset plays into this, is it helps decrease the effects of what we've witnessed, or what we've gone through. It's never going to make it didn't happen, because we can't erase that part of your life. But it does make it so it doesn't affect you, the way it is right now.
Michele 9:00
Oh, wow, that is key because we can't live our lives inside a closet. Right?
Venice 9:05
Right.
Michele 9:07
We we want to the whole point is to live life and to be out there. So if this is resonating with you, and you've got some of these maybe micro or macro traumas that you've experienced in the last couple of years or your whole life, then this is a great opportunity to see if Cereset can help you. There's a no obligation introduction that all you would need to do to start that process, is grab your cell phone, dial pound 250. And when you're prompted, just say "Relax, My Mind" that will get you an auto dialed text message and that message is going to give you information on how to schedule that introduction to Cereset It's free, you don't have to pay that normal $149 Because you're listening right now. So you're gonna get that at no charge. So why not? Why not pick up your cell phone and dial pound 250 to get that process started. I'm Michelle LeMay. And once again we're talking with Venice Sullivan, who is the director of the Fair Oaks Cereset. So Venice, do you have maybe an example of a client that you've worked with that could kind of sum up what we've been talking about?
Venice 10:14
I want to talk about a reporter that I know, y'all met this guy a few years ago. Super super guy, just always the biggest smile on his face, you know, just great joy in life. Going back to that emotional health, yeah. Okay. The reporting he's been doing over the last couple of years has taken a big toll on him. And sometime back happened to see him on TV. And it's like, he had aged 15 to 20 years, well, in the last couple of years. So I reached out to him and I said, Hey, you know, can we help? You know, how is what you've been reporting affecting your home life? How is it affecting your connection with people, all those kinds of things? And he says, you know, it's, it's really suffering. And so he came in, he did the program. And he last time I saw him, it's like, he's a different guy. He's just, and he said you know, I thank you, because I have better connection. I'm having more fun with my kids with my wife. You know, the joy is back. Not just all the dark clouds that I've been carrying around.
Michele 11:34
Oh, man, that's wonderful. That's wonderful. So not just you, you had covered so many different people from from being the victim of the scene to watching the scene, it just all these things are affecting us on so many different levels. And sometimes we're, we're different players in those scenarios.
Venice 11:54
Right, right. Yeah, the whole point was Cereset, is we're giving you back control of your life. With the stuff that happens after a while, like I said, we lash out at our spouse, our co workers, our kids, everyone that comes into our space, we don't want to do that, we don't want to feel out of control. Something I heard a long time ago was that an addiction is the result of not being willing to feel the feelings.
Michele 12:25
Interesting. So we're not willing to feel those feelings,
Venice 12:28
Right! So it's like it hurts to feel this I'm sad. I'm whatever. So to suppress the feelings, we create whatever addiction that we automatically go to. And if you think about it, the world has taught us okay, well, hey, when I'm sad, I have a drink. When I'm mad, I have a drink, or whatever other addiction that pops in. So by working with Cereset, it's not that we're trying to bury those feelings.
Michele 12:56
okay
Venice 12:56
Or those reactions. It's we're healing the brain. So you don't have to have some of those reactions. So we have more bandwidth, if you will to actually function with people. And the minute some little thing happens, we don't go flying off the handle.
Michele 13:14
Yeah, that would be great. So so how fast does it work?
Venice 13:18
That's different for everyone. It probably depends on maybe how old the trauma is, how much other healing work, you've done, your diet, you know, a whole lot of different things. And it is different for everybody, because your brain is different than mine. And it's different from the person next to you. So each of us is going to respond differently, depending on how many layers are there. But we often have clients that see some sort of difference in a very short period of time, you know, some days, and I hate to say this, because then everybody expects they're gonna get changed as the first day. We have rarely had that happen, but it does happen.
Michele 13:58
Okay,
Venice 13:59
Others, it's gonna take a few weeks. And the cool thing is for me that some of the changes you don't even know are happening. It's like I was saying earlier that I watched the scenario on TV. And all of a sudden, I realized I didn't react. Well, I don't know when that change happened. But it happened. Sometimes we don't see our own changes, but the people outside of us see the changes.
Michele 14:23
Oh, that's great. That's great. Well, if you are someone that you know and love would like to see your ability to not fly off the handle and to be able to handle life, then why not pick up your phone and dial pound 250. And when you're prompted, all you got to do is say "Relax, My Mind" You're going to get that auto dial text message and that message is going to have information on how to schedule an introduction to Venice and her team at Cereset. Remember it normally it's valued at $149 but you get it for free. So Pick up that cell phone dial pound 250 to get that process in motion, and start feeling better and handling things, your mental health better. So again, I'm Michelle LeMay. And we are talking with Venice Sullivan, who is the director of the Fair Oaks Cereset. So are there people that maybe this doesn't work with? Tell us about the process.
Venice 15:23
So the process is, is when you make that first # 250 Call, or if you call us direct, we're going to ask you a lot of questions. Because we want to make sure this program does work for you. That is the right fit, there is a people who it doesn't, after we go through that question process, you're going to come in, you're going to do a series of sessions. Again, this isn't an instant fix, it's a process, you're going to sit in the chair with a nice comfy blanket, your job while this is going on, is to relax and probably go to sleep. So that's that's the hard work here. But your brain is working really hard, because we're putting the sensors on the head, picking up your brainwaves converting them to sound and playing them back to you. And as your brain hears itself, think of hearing us on the radio. Well, if it's all full of static, you can hear us well and you're going to tune the radio correctly. Well, same thing with your brain is, is it's getting this feedback that might be static, it goes, oh, I need to fix that. So all of a sudden, it's like, oh, I'm functioning differently. So as your brain is hearing itself, it's doing its own work to make changes. So one of the things that people often find after a session is, well, I'm really tired. They can function, you know, great throughout the day, but that evening, it's like I just need to sleep, your brain normally uses about a third of your energy. Wow. So when we're doing this process, we've you know, exponentially increased that. So it's working really hard. So you need more sleep at that point, you need more rest, I say we do multiple sessions you come in, and each session is you know, working with your brain at a deeper level, and letting it start the healing process. It's not instant, it's taken time for your brain to get to the state it is true, it's going to take a little time for it to change and get back to where it should be or at least better. So the people it's not right for. Alcohol destroys the brain. That's something that all science can tell you. And it doesn't mean that you never get to take a drink. Again, that's not what we're predicting or saying. But what we are saying is we ask you not to be drinking during this process. Because we're trying to help the brain repair itself. We don't want to destroy it as fast as we're repairing it. So people on certain medications, whether they're over the counter or recreational or whatever, or prescribed, this may not work for because they're all making the brain do something. And what we're trying to do is let the brain heal itself. So those kinds of things, fight the program, and we want to make sure that you're gonna get the best that you can get for your investment. The investment is time, but it's also money. And sometimes the time is the bigger thing because people go, Well, I got all this money, it's not a big deal. But well, I can't invest this time. So we have to make sure that people are really willing to invest time and money into the process. And so they get the best they can out of it.
Michele 18:42
So let's go back to talking about the world as it is right now. I think we've all been through some type of trauma, talk more about the impact on people's lives.
Venice 18:55
What I see is, whether it's watching things on TV, whether it's the continuous input on so much negativity in the world, every negative trauma that happens while trauma is negative. So every negative incident that happens, adds another layer of trauma to our brain in our body. So it's not like one and done. It's it just continues that pyramid that stacking up and stacking up until we break and we can't take it anymore. So we talk often about PTSD and we think PTSD as usually some major event for person, right? It can be that but it can also be what we call PTSD. I've heard it referred to as a little p. And that little p is this little thing happened and this little thing happened and this little thing happened. Going back to thinking about the drops of water on a rock. That continuous dropping of water on a rock well wear the rock away those continuous lives. Little things that happen, which we're all being exposed to exponentially right now create a level of PTSD in all of us. So whether you're, you know, finding, again, are you lashing out at people? Or do you have less patience? Are you more depressed? I heard a deal with this morning have, you know, I thought depression was this big thing. But I was in a situation where I should be happy and I wasn't. Well, that can be a level of depression. Interesting, you know, I was talking to a client the other day and he's had a number of big events. And small events happened in the last few years, and they just keep racking up. And now it's like, "every time I get in the car, I'm so on edge, I feel like I'm gonna have a panic attack". And it's like," I can't have my wife or my kids talking to me, because I have to concentrate so hard on keeping myself in control". So all of these kinds of things are just building up in all of us. And there again, we've got to start taking those layers off. And you know, you asked earlier about, well, how quick does this work, right? It's going to be different for all of us. But just think about removing those layers. And it's good, we're going to be able to remove those layers much faster than they built up. And remembering that again, also that there's no medications involved. So there's no side effects. We're not doing anything other than letting your brain heal itself. And that's just such a huge part for me.
Michele 231:39
So if that sounds amazing to you, I would encourage you to pick up your cell phone right now and dial pound 250. Because when you're prompted, you're going to say "Relax, My Mind", you'll get an auto dialed text message. And that text message will have information on how to schedule an introduction to Cereset. Normally, that's valued at $149. But you're going to get it at no charge. So pick up your cell phone and dial pound 250 and say "Relax, My Mind" to get that auto dial text message with more information on how to schedule that introduction to Cereset. Once again, that's # 250 say "Relax My Mind" to get that auto dial text message with more information on how to schedule that introduction to Cereset. Normally, that's valued at $149. But you're gonna get it at no charge. So dial pound 250 and say "Relax My Mind" I'm Michelle LeMay. And once again, we're talking with Venice Sullivan, who is the director of the Fair Oaks Cereset. So Venice, can you give us an example of a client that has maybe had these layers either with a big P or a small p PTSD that has had some success with Cereset?
Venice 22:56
You know, there are so so many Michele that it's hard to pick one, but the one that pops in my brain right now. Because you know, being a veteran myself, I always connect with military people. This guy was an Army Colonel down on Fort Bragg. You know, he's been in parts of the world and many areas of conflict, a lot of PTSD, big and little, a lot of layers. And he really felt that he had gotten to the point that he had little control over his emotions. It's not how he wanted to be around his troops, his friends, his family, his kids, it's not how he wanted to be. I guess there was one specific thing that just really got his attention that it's like, oh, I need to make some changes. And the other thing he said is, I'm not setting the example for my kids that I want to be setting. He came in he did Cereset. And he says, I'm a different person. Now he used words that I would never use myself, but they've resonated with many people. He says, I have better emotional regulation. There again, that emotional health, mental health, it all ties in together. And it affects all of us. So you know, he started going out and having fun with his kids and doing fun things and date nights with his wife and, you know, getting back those close relationships that he had put on the shelf, and had better relationships with his troops and wasn't jumping down their throat all the time. But you know, being able to say hey, this is how we need to do things. So it doesn't matter what part of your life is suffering from the tragedies and the trauma and drama that we've experienced the last few years. There is help without side effects.
Michele 24:47
I love that and so you don't have to be an army colonel. To do Cereset You could be a mom. You could be a kid, you can be any anybody in between. But how do you know if Cereset is going to work? Well, you, pick up the phone dial pound 250 to get that text message, to get that introduction scheduled with Cereset, to see if you can also be one of these great testimonials and start feeling better and feeling those wonderful changes that Venice is shared that her clients have experienced. So, thank you, Venice, so much for being here today and sharing with all of us.
Venice 25:29
The world has affected our kids as much as it has us. And Cereset is awesome helping the kids. Thank you and I love being here today.
Michele 25:38
Oh, absolutely. I'm Michelle LeMay. Thanks for listening. We'll see you next time on "Relax My Mind"
